This branch has ignored my request to change the info they mistakenly put on file - they have refused to help me every time I go into the branch to attempt to resolve the issue!! DO N OR BANK WITH US BANK!!!! They will steal your money - create fake fraudulent claims and take money from you when your not looking! Very scary to be in my situation where not a single person will cooperate with me. I have ALL BAD reviews FOR US BANK! They do not care at all about a single customer walking through their door!

I had a problem with a wrongful rating on my credit report I faxed and sent in all requested along with all proof needed. No oke helped me for almost a year then I was sent to Gigi who told me I must call this number to speak to them the number she gave us there was no way to speak to anyone there so I called gigi back 15 times left several messages and all has been ignored I'm very disappointed in the customer service and how they can ignore me for so long instead of helping us resolve our issue.
