absolutely horrible. they don’t know what they’re doing and they didn’t cut my hair ANYWHERE NEAR what I wanted or asked for. They cut off A LOT more than they were showing/telling me they were going to cut off in the beginning. They don’t understand or listen to what you’re saying. I have to go to a party tommorow and it’s so unbelievably unimaginably bad that im either wearing a hat or (most likely) not even showing up. I generally hav heated this place for a longggg time and this was the last straw. I’m never coming back here again and please save yourself the frustration and anger and don’t waste money and please don’t come here. Service: Haircut

My hair has been thinning for a while and I decided it was time to cut my hair short to make it look fuller. I shared my concerns with my stylist Diane and she was so understanding and helpful. My hair actually looks normal now. You can't even tell my hair is thinning! So happy to have a bit of confidence back, thanks to Diane! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

When an adapted highlight service is 500 dollars less than the fancy salons because they don't use the word "balayage" , it sounds like an economic win to me. I love the new online check in system the franchises have started to implement and regardless of location, I always receive nice service and value for how fabulous my hair feels afterwards. The products in the shelf are reasonable and overall, even with COVID restrictions severely limiting hair care specialists, this place always gets it done.

Diane did a great job. I have been to several stylists that were unable to give me the cut I have been looking for. I showed her pics and she knew exactly how to give the right cut. Glad I found her and will be back !
