They overcharge me with the max rate they can. Prepare and educate yourself for the package if you want to send a parcel. If you don't know, they easily charge you double! I never have had this type of experience in other branches. Besides, staff were helpful and well behaved.

I used to send my package from other ups store and never had problems with anything. This time I had to send the package out by March 17TH and I sent it by this stor on MSRCH 15TH and not their charges was extremely higher then my regular store I used ro go to ,yet unfortunately they lost my package ( even I used tracking mail packages for next 2 _3 biz days) and I had to be on the phone almost 2 hrs today to find my packages !! I have to wait next 3 to 4 days to find out where is my documents. I am so stressed and upset 😡😫. If you have very important business and documents I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Second issue I have had at this location. Both were non deliveries. The first one I didnt get a receipt for my rug I dropped off so that was my fault. Please get a receipt for drop offs. The second Att drop off I have a receipt and it didnt get delivered. No tracking number but I do have a reference number thank God. Not going here again even though its around the corner from me. Bad business!!!

If you want them to lose your package, go ahead and use them. Never before did I have problem with amazon returns till I dropped off there. Big mistake and big headache. Go anywhere else!

Never EVER use this store. I was just charged $15/per package for having them sent there to pickup. ($45 in total). Ridiculous to hold someone’s packages hostage so you have to pay their fees!!! Be forewarned friends.

Very unhelpful, nitpick on all to make $1. Won't print UPS labels sometimes force you to buy extra Packaging because they just want to make extra money. Every other UPS in the area is extremely helpful and kind and provides great customer service. I would avoid this one at all costs it'll be a waste of time because you'll probably end up walking out from the horrible treatment service and extra charges.

Ultimately, I thought I should mention that I almost have 'never' asked for a receipt at this location and my packages have 'always' arrived to their deatination in time. I understand that I'm probably one of the few happy customers who've taken the time to share their positive experience. But unfortunately, that is exactly the way these review systems work.
