They frequently mess things up in the pharmacy. They told me last week that my prescription would be ready in 10 minutes and when I went there later in the day, they said "we don't have it in stock." Make up your mind... They also have their auto-dial thing calling you every day telling you that you need to refill. Annoying. Thankfully my phone has auto-silence for every number not recognized but they still leave auto voicemails.

A night female staff member was extremely rude to me for no apparent reason and tried to hang up the phone before I could explain my situation with my meds being transferred over from CVS due to my insurance not being covered there. Literally ruined my entire night after all that….

Horrible service!!!!! Asked a Latina employee a simple question and her attitude that came with the lazy response was just uncalled for. She was more busy having a good time chatting it up with the other employees at the picture booth.

We’ve been coming here for 13 years. I switched our prescriptions from CVS so I could have shorter lines and familiar faces. Yes, the pharmacy does check for ID if they don’t recognize you (especially with masks or new employees). No big deal. My only complaint is that they need a security guard at entrance to monitor sick homeless and maskless folks.

Avoid this pharmacy. Nothing but bad news every time I've visited. No one should have to wait 3hrs for a prescription. Plus really bad service.

I placed an order to get some photos printed because they had a 75% off deal for same day pick ups. I purchased 2 11x14 metal prints and was told the expected time for pick up would be 12:08p. Around 1:30 I received a call from the location that they weren't able to fill the order because their printer was down. I tried to place the order elsewhere but the coupon code was no longer valid so I called and asked them to transfer the order so i wasn't paying full price. The woman Roxanne refused to do anything to help me and actually hung up on me.

I saw the store manager and Pharmacist without face mask and a store clerk with nose completely out. When I confronted the store manager he said, “we’re practicing social distancing” I don’t think that’s the way it works when there’s a sign on the door, no entry without a face covering.

This used to be my preferred pharmacy. A kind lady once helped me find a discontinued medication for my daughter at a different location. It had short lines than CVS on Ventura and Reseda. Lately there have been new employees hired. Dillan, a young caucasian man is quite rude and had mimicked my complaints while making weird neck movements. I complained about him once to a female pharmacist and she seemed to understand my point, that Dillan was unprofessional. Today I went to drop off a prescription for a controlled substance. The new young, Latino woman asked for my driver's license and even though nobody has asked for it for over 4 years (same medications each month), I provided her with it. She looked up my file and then confirmed it wad me. I asked for my license back and she instead handed it to the pharmacist (dark, man perhaps Middle Eastern), Rami (unsure of the name spelling as he wasn't wearing a tag). I asked Rami why I had to show ID to drop off a prescription. He said, "because she (the young woman) new and until she knows who you are she'll have to continue asking for ID." So then I said, "Ok, can I get my driver's license back now?" and Rami didn't reply. Instead he walked away from the counter and the woman who had previously asked fior my driver's license told me to "Sit please. " as if She were speaking to a dog. Rami came back and I asked why he took my license to the back. He said he did this to look my file up, and I reminded him that but the woman had already done that. He said, "Well it's the law! We have to see your ID each time!" I then asked him for the name of this such law. Since he himself said that once the woman knew me she wouldn't ask for my driver's license anymore. Rami stuttered and couldn't come up with the name of such law. I asked for his name and for my license again and then I left. I've never been asked for my driver's license when dropping off a prescription. Picking up a prescription is different, but dropping one off shouldn't be difficult.

This pharmacy has been ok in my previous visits. Clean efficient but nothing worth recommendation this pharmacist seemed to be professional but not too friendly. This last visit i dealt with the pharmacy tech a dark haired tall young man with a strange emo haircut. He was quite rude in dealing with the whole line never mind that fact he didnt smile or greet customers and spoke very loudly, he just seems like one of those people that think they are better than others. I didnt want to complain to walgreens because he could have been inexperienced and having a bad day but i would tell him perhaps customer service is not the job for him. He handed me my prescription and took my cash while talking to his coworker about friday night plans or something of the sort!!! No thank you or good bye didnt even look at me again. Someone asked for location of some first aid item like a nose bridge band aid and all he said was "i showed the old man over there to it so it should be where hes standing... " Calling someone an old man to their face can be quite offensive to some... i left the store and there was about 5 people in line at front register cashier was nowhere to be seen one of the ladies in line kept calling out for help without response...seriously get it together little boy and as for the store... friday night 8pm might not be the busiest but wth happened to this store? Im very disapointed.
