Shiva should be re-evaluated. Too many reasons to list, but we had to go back twice to the branch, then overnight an important document she forgot. Weeks later more issues I am dealing with over the phone to get our account set up correctly. ~Kristina

This branch has ignored my request to change the info they mistakenly put on file - they have refused to help me every time I go into the branch to attempt to resolve the issue!! DO N OR BANK WITH US BANK!!!! They will steal your money - create fake fraudulent claims and take money from you when your not looking! Very scary to be in my situation where not a single person will cooperate with me. I have ALL BAD reviews FOR US BANK! They do not care at all about a single customer walking through their door! ~Luigi
