Just don't understand why they wouldn't fill my windshield washer fluid up as part of the service. Very little cost. The light was on. Any private service station and Valvoline does this. That just turned me off. Service: Oil change

The experience was fast & painless for a girl going to a garage. The employees were respectful & pleasant. It took not even 15 min. Record time! And the vibe was delightful and the team was just friendly & even gave me a good customer discount.

If I could give this place a zero I would I went in for a simple oil change and they didn't do anything right and they did not put my tire caps back on after doing the air which I never asked for in the first place

They are either lazy or incompetent. Went in for an oil change, after 20 mins they come and tell me the drain plug is stripped on my car and they can't do the oil change. The following weekend I went out to investigate the issue and the drain plug was fine and came out with no issue, although half my motor is now covered in oil because for some reason the oil filter was loose after they touched it. Will just do oil changes myself from now on.
