Was skeptical at beginning togo to a new Auto place other then Carmax but decided togo to there CarMax Repair Pal …. BUT LET ME TELL YOU IM HAPPY I DID! Very professional and they know what there doing and you know how some people say that “when you bring you car to an auto shop ..that you never get it back the way you you gave it to them before the problem….” YEAH THEY MADE IT SEEM LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED TO MY CAR 🚗. !! I was having engine problems and found American XL Automotive via my warranty companies webpage. I made an appointment for a diagnostics test, where it was found out that I needed to replace my engine. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues this took a fair amount of time to source the engine. Peri, and his staff took care of all communications with warranty company and myself in a professional manner, making this situation very easy. If your are looking for a company with INTEGRITY AND HONESTY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PERI AND HIS TEAM. Most importantly my vehicle is now running better than when we purchased!!

Great service! I am not familiar with cars at all, and they took the time to explain everything they found that needed replacing as well as physically showing me what they did when I picked up my car. They even ranked everything based on priority and told me what could/couldn't wait to be replaced. I recently brought my vehicle in for the front and back brakes and air conditioning services. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem with my air conditioning and the brakes and they were both serviced and completed before noon.
