Great service, quality repairs, fair price. I can't say enough great things about Charlie's Tires. We are from out of town and were camping in the area and I damaged my suspension on a stump i did not see. I called Charlie's on Thursday afternoon and explained my situation and they got me in the next day. Truck fixed and on my way the next morning. They saved our vacation! Brought two of my four trailer tires in as the valve stems were dry rotted and leaking. I couldn’t pull all four wheels from the trailer at the same time. They took care of me right away knowing I had to come back again with the other two. This place is now my only tire shop for anything I need. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for a loud engine sound I recognized as a hole in the muffler. Was told I needed an entire new muffler system and was quoted $1,600. I don’t have that much. At all. Took it to Mario’s Automotive in Fitchburg, MA and was told I did not need a new muffler. They just needed to reattach the pipe to the muffler and fix the flex pipe for $250. So, do what you wish with that information. But I got to save a small fortune and my car runs great.

Went to Charlie's for the first time on a recommendation. They fixed the rattling noise in my front end for a nominal fee. As I drove that day, there was another metal sound while driving and turning (the rattling had probably covered it up). The mechanic took a ride with me, diagnosed and fixed the problem, no charge. Amazing!! Also, everyone who works here is so nice. I will be back when I need my car serviced. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went here to have a truck tire patched. Only went here because it is on my way to work. I dropped the tire off and picked it up the following day. I paid the $25 assuming the repair has been made as I specified I wanted the tire to be repaired with a patch/plug combo (as it is a high quality repair). Instead I come to find out no one ever worked on it at all and put on a new valve cap as a trick. I tested the tire with soapy watch and quickly found the leak.

I've been going to Charlie's Tires for over 20 years. Glen is always friendly and accommodating. The customer service is A+, Jay is the best. Prices are fair and work is always done well and quickly. I recommend them to everyone! There is no better place to get your car worked on!

Awesome place that our family has been going to for years. They have never steered us wrong on tires and this is a place that won't take advantage of you for repairs. Went there once thinking I needed new brakes and told Jay that. He came back 10 mins later to tell me there was plenty of pad left and they only needed to be greased and that fixed the noises. I know a lot of other places would have replaced them and charged without a second thought. 20+ years and they have earned and kept our family's trust! Highly recommend!

Jay, Glenn and the team are always going above and beyond for their customers. Charlie's does an incredible job servicing all of our AWS Fleet Vehicles, as well as our employee's personal vehicles.
