They got my order completely wrong it was my husbands birthday although he was thankful it wasn’t what he likes :( . I checked the receipt to make sure I hadn’t ordered wrong and it was a store error devastated because I wanted to have a special day.

Placed an order on Tonight got called an hour later by the manager Eddie telling me tomorrow is a snowstorm and can't deliver. he was willing to take my order and deliver it itself tonight!!!!!! it was amazing I appreciate it so much definitely best customer service ever he deserves a medal🥇🥇🥇

Placed an order for Valentine's Day a week prior and the order was never delivered due to their "printer breaking" not only that but I called to resolve the issue and was placed on hold for over an hour with no resolution, apology, refund, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done!! This is ridiculous and ABSOLUTELY disgusting as a company and a corporation!! Thanks for ruining Valentine's Day!!!! I am completely disappointed and WILLNEVER do business with Edible Arrangements again

I ordered a Valentine's arrangement for my grandchildren 2 weeks ago online and paid using Paypal. Edible took my money that very day instead of waiting till order was sent. Waited to hear from my grandchildren yesterday when they received it and turned out Edible never delivered it....and then acted like they were doing me a favor refunding me! Arrghhh!!!!

I have never been treated so poorly. Ordered a 95 dollar arrangment for Valentine’s Day that NEVER arrived. Still have not been refunded a day after requesting one. They say a printer was broken. BUT the owners Salgan and Arthur Romanov own four other stores hmmmmm. Did all the printers break or do they just not care? My guess is they don’t care. If you work at McDonald’s and don’t put the pickle on the burger you get fired. These people Salgan and Romanov should be fired. They don’t care about the consumer. They never bothered to reach out to the effected customers. Why? Because they don’t care. When is asked to speak with a manager they refused. Why? Because they don’t care. Well, Salgan and Romanov I implore all customers of all your stores to not care and place their next order elsewhere. I’m leaving this review for them so they are not left disappointed as you have left so many of your paying customers. I urge edible arrangements to review your franchises revoke them and provide the franchise to an owner that cares and makes an ounce of effort to provide customer service. If you can’t put the pickle on the burger ..... your’re fired.

The Canton store is great. I got a dozen pieces of chocolate dipped fruit as a Birthday gift for signing up for their emails! The strawberries were huge and had a very generous coating of chocolate. The banana pieces were coated in white and milk chocolate..delicious! The store is clean and pleasant. The employees are very nice and helpful too.

Back in May 2018, I've decided to order a fruit basket from Edible Arrangements for my friend's birthday and send it to her work place. I went online and ordered it. I filled-in the delivery date, message, etc. On the date of my friend's birthday, I checked the status online and it didn't say it was out for delivery (At this point, I am a bit worry because my friend will not be at work after 2pm and she won't be back into the office until next Monday). So, by 10am, I called Edible Arrangements in Canton, MA. They looked up my order form (please note, I also have the order form opened on my computer) and they told me the delivery date is next Tuesday. Of course, I denied it and said it should be today. So, I scrolled to the delivery date and they are correct. I made a huge mistake and typed in the wrong date. The lady at Edible Arrangement put me on on hold for less than 2 mins. When she returned, she said they can delivery the fruit basket before 2pm today. She was very nice and helpful. Even though it was my mistake by typing in the wrong delivery date, they were able to accommodate. I was so happy and they made my day :) Thank you!

Ordered online for delivery on Saturday. Order was delivered but not complete. Called office and spoke with a very polite employee ( sorry can't remember her name). She apologized for the error and took my number and state her manager would call me Monday. Within the hour I got a call back stating the rest of my order was delivered and that they also included another small token of fruit a an apology. Very quick action that was greatly appreciated!!

While shopping at Cobb's Corner, my sister and I dropped in to Edible Arrangements there. The shop was very neat and the products were nicely presented. The associate who helped us was very pleasant and helpful. While my sister was making a purchase, I remembered that I had a coupon on my phone for a free box of assorted chocolate covered fruit. (I send periodic edible gifts to family in Colorado). Even though I hadn't called ahead, the associate was happy to honor my coupon. Other than strawberries, I had never had the chocolate covered fruit before. It was sooo delicious!! I can't wait to try some again soon.

While shopping at Cobb's Corner, my sister and I dropped in to Edible Arrangements there. The shop was very neat and the products were nicely presented. The associate who helped us was very pleasant and helpful. While my sister was making a purchase, I remembered that I had a coupon on my phone for a free box of assorted chocolate covered fruit. (I send periodic edible gifts to family in Colorado). Even though I hadn't called ahead, the associate was happy to honor my coupon. Other than strawberries, I had never had the chocolate covered fruit before. It was sooo delicious!! I can't wait to try some again soon.

When I stopped at the Canton location and showed the young lady photos of the poor quality berries...she offered to A send another or B gave me store credit. I like when a company owns up to a mistake and makes it right.
