I’ve been in forever 21 a couple times during the week this last month. There was one employee that was extremely helpful and very sweet! She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and told me all about forever 21’s deals! She is in a wheel chair but she is the hardest working employer there! Give her a raise forever 21!

As others have mentioned, this store is kept at an incredibly high temperature, to the point that it’s become a major safety risk for staff and shoppers. I had to drop my purchases while waiting in line and just leave last time I was here, because I was about to pass out from the heat. Peabody has a mask requirement, you can’t be keeping the store at 85-90 degrees while everyone is masked up. I am seriously concerned that someone is going to have a medical emergency in this store, I really hope the staff have a break room that’s significantly cooler. I wouldn’t be surprised if staff here have passed out while on their shifts, the temperature in this store is completely unsafe.

Sales rep Giavanna (something similar to that) is very bad. One of her co workers tried to say she was one of their best employees. I went with my family. We get to the register. 1st she’s stuffing my daughters clothes in the bag extremely carelessly. I didn’t say anything. I asked for one more bag (we were only given 1 bag). One bag was fine but I simply and regularly asked for another one. Giavanna made it seem like it was a problem. I told her I’d pay if I need to. She just kept making remarks about asking for another bag as if it was a issue. After 1.5 minutes I bring up how she just stuffed the clothes in the bag without a care. She tells me “we don’t get paid to fold clothes” (your best employee huh?)… I let all that go, I wasn’t combative. I show 2 elderly white women who were behind me, the bag of clothes and I ask if they would want their clothes put in the bag like this… they say “absolutely not”. I asked for the manager… Giavanna is arrogant and happy to get the manager almost as if the manager was going to be on her side no matter what. The manager comes, giavanna is turning red and shaking and all types of animated gestures like she’s the victim. The manager didn’t have a welcoming attitude, another employee walks away with giavanna (consoling her), and I just leave because at that point I look like the problem. Just because I asked for another bag. Giavanna did everything to escalate the situation, not diffuse it. My wife held her tongue, I was with my 6 year older daughter and Giavanna continued to voice how she felt, over me asking for 1 more bag. And this is one of your best employees….. what a joke.

Terrible experience. The staff were no where to be found. Upon checking out everyone was RUDE. Please bare in mind I was the only one checking out and the only one buying anything. The computer system was having some issues which I understand, instead of switching to another register they made me wait 20 minutes while the tried to get my purchase rung up. No one apologized, the manager was cranky and miserable, she chewed out her employee in front of me. They printed the wrong receipt so I had to go back and that whole process took another 15 minutes. At the end of which the manager finally told the employees to use another system..... And then made nasty remarks about my being frustrated at having to wait a half hour just to buy 3 things when no one else was around.

I love the Northshore mall location. They have 2 floors and downstairs has a kids section. Just got my niece a beautiful white coat for $22 a few days ago

Awful store. The floor is falling in downstairs. One employee on a register even though there’s 2 floors of registers. I wanted to buy a jacket and waited 20 damn minutes while the one employee helped ONE customer. So I went upstairs to see if anyone else could check me out. The older lady on the floor basically told me to go back downstairs and she couldn’t open a register even though I told her I had been waiting forever already. Basically didn’t care. Useless and unprofessional.

Inexpensive trendy clothing mostly for teens and college folks. Their plus-sized women's section has a wider selection of styles than many shops, however, and the size 14 jeans I got there for $15 are still a favorite of mine.

Happy they finally expanded their plus size selection however the clothing i bought ripped after wearing it 2 times (without washing it yet) and they wouldnt let me return it after 2 weeks and i had the receipt.
