Rude imployees that treat people like thiefs combined with policies that should be criminal. One of the worst places I have ever done business with.

They are easy to reach. Quick to respond. Trevor helped me set up a new bank account within about 30 minutes today. That was after another bank (Wells Fargo) didn't have anyone to meet with me at my appointment. I have other accounts with Zions. However, I tried using the bank that was closer to me today and that was a waste of time. An extra 5 minutes was worth the drive.

Sandra was so friendly and helpful. Her experience shines and can get you in and out quickly all while making you laugh. We love it here, you will too!

Great location. Wish they were still open on Saturdays. Polite quick staff.

Once in a while I'll get a nice teller, but usually there's a Native American looking one that's always rude and has an attitude. The manager there didn't care when I mentioned that to her either. Other branches have better employees, I don't know what's up with this one.

I had a simple request. I wanted to exchange five rolls of quarters. They do not have a coin counter at this bank. What kind of bank doesn’t have a coin counter?

Very dismissive team at this location. I bank there frequently and have never been greeted or helped with more than a *sigh* “I can help you here I guess” attitude. Although there are a couple of tellers whose attitude is worse than others there really aren’t any at this location that provide quality customer service. I understand that banking isn’t fully customer service oriented in the same way working in retail etc is but the team at this location doesn’t seem to even try.

Horrible experience. Bank somewhere else. The lady working there literally made me cry after leaving our conversation.

If I could give a zero star, I would! Every time I come here, I usually go threw the drive threw because I have my kids and don't want the hassle of waiting in line and keeping my kids close. Not one person ever asks "how are you?" Or "how can I help you?" Or anything nice. Just send in your stuff, they process your transaction, and briefly say "have a good day" and turn the video off. SERIOUSLY?! You didn't even ask what I was there for?! SWITCHING BANKS ASAP! I'm done with this place!

OVERVIEW I've learned that when you have a schedule to keep, avoid going to this Zion's Bank at all costs. Even though my wife says it was rarely as bad as my experience. When all was said and done it took about an hour to get a simple money order. We had to wait in line about 30 minutes, and the next 30 was the guy trying to figure out how to properly do a money order. LOCATION The location is in a great spot right off the commuter highway, near Smith's. PRICE Not necessarily applicable, for physical money, but the price of time was costly. PRODUCT/SERVICE I believe we got the unfortunate luck of the draw of a brand new employee that had either not been trained or trained rather little when it came to issuing a Money Order. EMPLOYEES I do have to cut the guy a break, he was newish. I think the most agrivating is that I could see 4 employees. Two of them were dealing with customers at their tils, one was sitting at her desk on the other end (for all I know she could have been playing solitare on her computer because she wasn't helping anyone), and a guy in one of the back offices. I saw him come out once for air or something, and then he disappeared once again as quickly as he appeared.
