Alex at the Lehi, UT State Street location was so unbelievably helpful today! I walked up with an overflowing cartful of items for refugee kits and he was so patient in helping to get everything scanned and organized. He even helped carry the many bags to my car. These guys are great. It is quick and convenient to rent a space online and they have it immediately available for you to move stuff to after you finish. I just had to upgrade my storage unit to a slightly larger one and all it took was a quick 5 minute phone call. They had the new spot immediately opened up for me and ready to move everything from the old space to the new over the next 72 hours, all without charging me additional fees. They actually care about convenience and a great customer experience. They have been awesome to work with each time I've needed a space for moving. I recommend these guys 100%. ~Bill

Some interactions at this branch were professional and they were helpful, but after jumping through all their hoops for a promotion, calling several times and spending hours on the phone with the customer service line, they didn't follow through. The manager was dishonest and made up lies about past interactions, and went back on past promises. She had an attitude in the end, and I went and closed my US Bank account immediately after. ~Audrey

They are absolutely pathetic. I bought a battery less than seven days old that was faulty and they wouldn’t replace it after leaving me stranded in the city overnight and having to catch an Uber home. I highly recommend you did not do business with this business if you can call it that! Total scam! ~A

An intriguing discount store for returned items primarily from Amazon. I rarely plan a visit with a goal of looking for something in particular, but rather, make a stop if I'm passing by to see if there are any good deals. I certainly recommend stopping by. ~Curtis

Went here for the first time yesterday to print a simple document. Nothing special or complicated at all about it but I did need it done right away. I've never had Fedex print anything for me before so I didn't know what the process was. When I arrived, I told the woman working there what I wanted done. She acted at first like I should know how to print something at their business. When I made it clear that I didn't, she started to show me how to do it but she insisted that the document needed to be in my photos in my phone in order to print it. It didn't make sense to me but I tried to figure out how to transfer a PDF to my galaxy photos app. At that point, she told me that the only way was to take a screen shot of the document. The document was two pages and part of the second page shows in the review of the PDF in my files. It couldn't be done but she insisted it was the only way. She got a little frustrated with me when I kept trying to figure out how to transfer the PDF to my photos. Then she told me that I could go home and go online where I could go on the website and order the print job from there.....I would have pointed out that I could go online on my phone and do the same thing without going home but by that point I was getting flustered so I left. ~Mary

I got prints for selling at Fan X from Assured Direct Mail for fair prices and very fast! I put my order in on a Thursday afternoon and everything was ready by the following Monday afternoon. The glossy cardstock is very nice quality and exactly what I needed. Full color and black and white turned out beautifully. Also, some of my art included men holding hands, very tame, but in Utah county it feels hard to tell who might discriminate, so it was awesome that they didn't. I reccomend Assured Direct Mail And will trust them for future prints! Happy to be able to support a local business. Also when i picked my order up they were also very kind and found an empty box (used to hold the blank paper is my guess) to carry my stuff all in. ~Mika

Bought a phone case here. The guy I worked with admitted he was super new but did an amazing job. Had some questions about my service and he was very knowledgeable. I’ve always been impressed with the staff here. ~Dave

Did not want to put any stars. However in order to leave a review you have to unfortunately. My daughter and I stopped here because we were so hungry and had to use the restroom. After walking into the most disgusting bathroom and feet sticking in the floor to get there, we decided not only to NOT use the bathroom, but definitely not eat here. I cannot imagine if the bathroom is that filthy and the employees are going in there to wash their hands to make food how sick we might get so we left. This is a disgrace and needs to be shut down. No one is in there. So, definitely plenty of time to clean. GROSS. ~Heidi
