These guys are great. It is quick and convenient to rent a space online and they have it immediately available for you to move stuff to after you finish. I just had to upgrade my storage unit to a slightly larger one and all it took was a quick 5 minute phone call. They had the new spot immediately opened up for me and ready to move everything from the old space to the new over the next 72 hours, all without charging me additional fees. They actually care about convenience and a great customer experience. They have been awesome to work with each time I've needed a space for moving. I recommend these guys 100%. ~Bill
