Considering this deal was conducted online things went pretty smoothly and met all of my expectations or even exceeded my expectations. Things could have went wrong but no real problems. Natallie was great at keeping in touch and making sure everything went smoothly. My only complaint would be that cars.com advertised the vehicle at a lower price than what we paid for it.

I purchased a Cadillac CT6 from genesis a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole process. I live in TX and was EXTREMELY hesitant to purchase from an out of state dealer but I worked w/Chris D. and he took care of everything... it was a really smooth experience. I signed the forms on a Saturday and the car was delivered 4 days later. I would highly recommend Chris D. and the team at Genesis.... they truly deliver Cadillac standard of customer service.

1st time in for maintenance and a warranty repair. My advisor was very efficient and friendly. Three waiting room was a little Spartan for a luxury car dealer but or was comfortable enough. Definitely a step down having driven Volvos. They had some donuts and waters out for those waiting. Car was returned looking and riding nice.

This was originally a two star post (Original post is listed below). Fortunately, I called and spoke to the service manager who genuinely seemed as disappointed as I was about my previous experience. He had me bring my car back in and had it vacuumed/ cleaned properly. In fact, it looks almost as clean as it did when I first purchased it. This is how customers should be treated. Thanks so much for rectifying my issue and for doing so in such a prompt manner. I will be back again and feel satisfied with the customer service I received the second time around. Please see the before speaking to the service manager pics vs. after speaking to the service manager pics. Original post: “I just arrived home from getting my vehicle serviced here. Before I left I asked if there was a vacuum I could use on my car. One of the guys offered to vacuum my car for me. So he took the keys and drove my car around to vacuum it. However, he brought it back to me without so much as touching it with a vacuum. It looked exactly the way it did when it left. I only asked because the car had just been washed and I figured it would save me from making a trip to the car wash to just use a vacuum. But for this adult person to show such a lack of customer appreciation/ service is so disappointing. I’ve never experienced such a lack of integrity over something as small as vacuuming a customers car. If I can get such poor service here with a simple vacuum request, I definitely will not be returning to have my car serviced here again. I would have preferred if he had just said no. FYI: Bob, the shuttle driver, was really nice. I gave more than one star because of him.”
