I seem to run into difficulty filling prescriptions. There is one issue after another, from their systems glitches to their inability to locate electronically sent prescriptions. On a positive note, one technician, the ONLY technician aided me in saving money on a prescription. Horrible service, very unclear why they shut down the 8 and Kelly location, so much better than here.

I don’t typically leave reviews for corporate owned business chains, but I was really grateful for this location this evening when I couldn’t find any similar stores open and needed certain products urgently… I was a little bummed that I couldn’t get the photos I had ordered but it is my fault that they were closing as I submitted the order; so I’ll just need to come back, no biggie. I wanted to specifically thank Janyia (sp?) for being so helpful & patient with me while the store was closing. Thank you!

They're either out of the medication, or when you have an emergency snd show up 10 minutes before close for a antibiotic they wouldn't bother to take the extra step and be human beings and fill it up . Instead they ask for the script to be faxed and tell u still won't be ready until tomorrow

Terrible pharmacy service. Switched a long time ago to Kroger's. Whenever there's a long line at registers, you'd think the other worker's would be called up to help! Looks like when they're putting away stock, or whatever, they act like they dont notice. Laziness at its peak!! Store manager is useless.

Worst experience ever. Staff is horrible and slow. I was waiting 20 in drive through to pick up medicine for my child just to find out that they didn’t have it ready even though the pharmacy called earlier saying it’s ready for pick up. While waiting employees walked by looking at me waiting, but didn’t assist. Don’t go there unless you absolutely have to

This place deserves negative stars. I have to choose Walgreens due to my insurance. This place is the worst, they do not fill scripts when they are called in, if there is an issue with your script they just put it aside and never return to it. No follow up and you have to constantly call them to get stuff done. Then you show up and they are the slowest service ever, waiting sometimes up to 30-40min to pick up your script. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.

Please avoid yourself the headache. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. They take forever to fill scripts. Almost monthly they screw up my meds and lose my script. Now my doctor had to send over the script that I take every month and they lost it the first time and now after they sent it again they can't find it. I'm getting sick not having my meds and it's just a joke to them. Transferring my meds and reporting them.

Went to pick up my prescription that was ready Saturday according to the email I received. The lady who helped me said they were new so they weren't filled. They weren't new, they were refills! As I am telling her they are not new she cuts me off and proceeds to tell me they can fill them if I want to wait for them. I don't understand why no one called! I have had issues with this location before, which is why I waited a few days to pick it up. I guess it is time to switch locations, the condescending rudeness was unnecessary! Apparently, I am not the only one!

Pharmacy is extremely slow. They always have 3 to 4 hour waits on prescription. Store manager. Janice Vanderhof attitude sucks. However the employees on the staff are really nice and helpful.
