This Rite Aid Store located at Marter Road & Jefferson in St Clair Shores is convenient personnel is caring & efficient. They try hard to make sure the customer has found whatever he/she needs and check - out is a process of its own. The Pharmacy Personnel is ready to assist at any time, and the Pharmacist is very helpful. I have been going to this Rite Aid for several years now. I highly recommend this neighborhood store.

Pharmacy staff are not very polite at all!!! They're always slow and when I called there to talk to them about an old script they filled she was rude and didn't say you're welcome, good bye, have a good day, nothing just hung up on me adveertise I said thank you!!! Smh

This Rite aid has amazing workers, they showed me to my products and very polite. The pharmacy was just as great. Fast delivery for my medicine and informative of them. I would recommend

Decent rite aid, its recently remodelled and has great stuff. The prices are high and I'm super upset rite aid downgraded my card,/me so I dont get my discount anymore. Very disappointed since I shop here all the time. Or should I say used to. Kroger here I come.. update wow it doesn't get much worse. The pharmacy had issues running my insurance through. Looks like they were doing it wrong the lady told me she had more important things to do than call them. My daughter really needed her medication. I was able to get it filled at an other pharmacy

Absolute worst service I have ever received from a pharmacy.. Extremely unprofessional and would not allow me to take a Covid test in the drive through as one letter in my name was off. Waited over 40min in line and they showed absolutely zero concern. Never again Rite Aid!

Came for COVID vaccination and mother-in law came with me to cancel her appointment- and thought I could take her appointment. Pharmacist told me to go see if there is an appointment- (should have since one was just cancelled) so I went on line and it said there was 1 appointment available so I spent the time to fill out all the information online and went back to the pharmacist, but she wouldn’t approve the appointment even though she told me to go do it, not pleasant not helpful. Will never return and will she my experience with others

I have never posted a review before in my life. However .... I am just tired of going to this rite aid pharmacy and being treated with such rude attitudes from behind the counter. It happens over and over. No smiles or friendly attitudes mostly coming from the actual pharmacist. Heaven for bid if I ask a question! I have continued to return because the drive thru is a great option when I have my kids with me .... but honestly I think it’s time to switch to a new pharmacy.

Most people who work there are great, but there's a young African American guy with glasses who is very rude. He's got his head phones on and is inattentive to customers. He walked right by me in an aisle tonight and didn't acknowledge me or offer assistance. He has also walked away and left me waiting to check out when it was obvious I was walking up to the register.
