Owner "Zee" is a liar will rip you off! After I spent $2800 (front end work), I drove off and my car was making the same noise and still pulled hard to the right. I took it back. Zee told me I needed new struts before he could do a wheel alignment. I told him he never said this to me. Unbelievablly he then said struts and a wheel alignment would cost me another $1300! I had some heart felt words for him and left!

Went here for a couple things, a fix for my check engine light. That was solved and I paid every penny for it, few oil changes and a headlight condensation. However, recently with the headlight condensation fix, my bottom grille connected to my bumper was lost. I was told the bumper could be fixed which is why it was being worked on. I don’t know what type of miscommunication the shop has going on, but it was claimed the guy would do it for free, then by another worker when I addressed the situation that they don’t do free favors so there’s “no way they lost the grille.” Hmm. Then tries to charge me to fix the grille the shop themselves lost. That will be the last time I go there and if the shop doesn’t like taking accountability for their screwups and try to pin it on their paying customers (terrible customer service) then maybe reconsider going here. The crazy thing is the guy who said he can try to fix the bumper for free said he saw the grille still intact when the worker who lost it said he received the car with no grille (which is a lie) do better guys.

1st off, let me say, phone etiquette in a business setting is EVERYTHING! The guy who I spoke with is very professional! Next, my car was at another shop and they went and picked it up. I needed a engine :-( this shop totally took care of my car. Even threw in something extra that I needed! Much thanx to Z and the crew! Car drives better than it did!

I would not take my car anywhere else to get it worked on. Champs is very reliable they are priced fair and I have never had a bad experience there. Ask for zee when you call he is the best.

If I could give no stars I would they had my car over a month couldn’t tell me the problem to my car till they had my vin wrong also after 2 week & 3 days then a month came by n they said they couldn’t work on my car because the car been sitting on there lot to long which was they fault because the do not communicate WELL!! They got me for $200 an we made payment agreements for work & they went back on there word I’m very unsatisfied with my service here

I brought my car in to have a trans flush. They told me when I dropped it off at 9am they might get today (Friday). I called them on Saturday at 2 because they close at 3. He did not touch my car. It stayed in the street all night and I got a ticket for parking in the street overnight. I picked up my car at 2:45 and I will NEVER return to this garage because of the lies. Also when I was there picking up my car, a worker came from the garage area with a lit cigarette ! Gas, oil in the garage and your smoking Really??NEVER AGAIN!

My engine went out in my 2019 Kia Soul, the dealership wanted to charge me over 8k to fix it not to mention the dealership had my car for 4weeks just sitting and never updated me on the status of my car. I called and spoke with Z he gave me a price way below what the dealership quoted, they sent a tow truck to pick my car up from the dealer for free, in 5 business days he fixed my car. The important part is the customer service, they kept in contact regularly, step by step I was informed. There were no hidden extra cost and being a female they didn't try to pull wool over my eyes. And when my car was done they dropped my car off to me directly. And I thought these places didn't exist anymore.
