Great stuff! A little pricy with some items here and there but that’s fine. Most of the staff are very friendly and funny.

The employee I spoke to over the phone didn't seem to want to talk. He picked up the phone and did not speak. After me saying "hello" several times and dialing buttons to get his attention that's when he decided to talk. I inquired about an items availability in stock, so he put me on hold. I'm still on hold after 15 minutes, and counting. I want to make clear that Target as a store is fine by me, but the customer service from this specific employee was borderline offensive by his tone and actions. I also want to mention that I normally wouldn't complain in this manner, and by no means am I displaying dislike for any specific persons. I am simply describing my experience with Target's customer service. I called the Okemos Target on 4/26/2022 at 11:15 am. I pressed 8 for "all other departments"

Very nice target, the store is clean, nice, the employees are high energy so they are fun to talk with & ask questions, the stock of products is high in all departments, everything is fairly priced for the most part, still have register people that’s a big plus to me.

The website NEVER reflects what is actually in the store…. Dont believe when it pops up in a goggle search with the item you want. Dont trust the website when it shows an item in stock. If I need it fast I dont go to Target

Abby in Guest Services is the sweetest! She just worked with me for a half hour trying to reprint a receipt over the phone. Such a saint. Every time I come to this store it's a great experience. Thank you for making my day!!!

Ive been going to this location since I moved to East Lansing (about 2 years) and this place is alwaya organized and filled with friendly staff. One in particular, Joann, is always such a delight to interact with. She is always bubbly, kind, patient, and overall the type of person you would always want to interact with in customer service. As someone with previous retail experience, I know it can grind you down and be incredibly draining, but Joann has consistently provided top-notch customer service with a fun and positive attitude, and I hope she is recognized for that . 😊

Their variety is good; it’s definitely an average Target store, however did not see many workers around to help and some items were misorganised Overall the best Target in the Lansing area though, comparable to many in Metro Detroit
