Best toy store in Okemos, Michigan (MI) 2024

The employee I spoke to over the phone didn't seem to want to talk. He picked up the phone and did not speak. After me saying "hello" several times and dialing buttons to get his attention that's when he decided to talk. I inquired about an items availability in stock, so he put me on hold. I'm still on hold after 15 minutes, and counting. I want to make clear that Target as a store is fine by me, but the customer service from this specific employee was borderline offensive by his tone and actions. I also want to mention that I normally wouldn't complain in this manner, and by no means am I displaying dislike for any specific persons. I am simply describing my experience with Target's customer service. I called the Okemos Target on 4/26/2022 at 11:15 am. I pressed 8 for "all other departments" ~Blissful
