Best furniture store in Okemos, Michigan (MI) 2024

The employee I spoke to over the phone didn't seem to want to talk. He picked up the phone and did not speak. After me saying "hello" several times and dialing buttons to get his attention that's when he decided to talk. I inquired about an items availability in stock, so he put me on hold. I'm still on hold after 15 minutes, and counting. I want to make clear that Target as a store is fine by me, but the customer service from this specific employee was borderline offensive by his tone and actions. I also want to mention that I normally wouldn't complain in this manner, and by no means am I displaying dislike for any specific persons. I am simply describing my experience with Target's customer service. I called the Okemos Target on 4/26/2022 at 11:15 am. I pressed 8 for "all other departments" ~Blissful

Ink is outrageously expensive. So I buy it from Office Depot because their reward program gives me $2 for each used cartridge that I return. They have changed the requirements of that program, making it absolutely useless. They won't give me credit for returning a used cartridge unless I make a $10 purchase on the day I return it, and I don't get the credit until the next day - requiring another trip to the store. Their reward program policies negate any rewards. I would rather go to a store that doesn't pretend to have rewards. Office Depot has lost a customer. ~Susan
