Ink is outrageously expensive. So I buy it from Office Depot because their reward program gives me $2 for each used cartridge that I return. They have changed the requirements of that program, making it absolutely useless. They won't give me credit for returning a used cartridge unless I make a $10 purchase on the day I return it, and I don't get the credit until the next day - requiring another trip to the store. Their reward program policies negate any rewards. I would rather go to a store that doesn't pretend to have rewards. Office Depot has lost a customer.

I was treated very rudely by a young woman at the Okemos branch on Grand River. She was waiting on a young couple and taking her time. I waited a long time, and then quickly stepped in to ask if I could please borrow the three-hole punch. Miss Thing gruffly told me to get back in line and wait. All she had to do was reach around the counter and grab the three-hole punch and hand it to me, but she decided to make an example of this older woman and force me to wait for a very long time. After about 10 minutes, I asked another cashier if he could retrieve a three-hole punch. He stated he was a "minor" and wasn't allowed to go near the printing area(!) After about 20 minutes, I gave up and left. Office Depot, if this is how you are training your employees to treat loyal customers who have spent hundreds of dollars at your stores over years, I will take my business elsewhere.

EMPLOYEES DAVE AND KOKOU ARE WONDERFUL THEY MADE MY FIRST TIME IN THE STORE A PLESENT ONE. I HAD PURCHESED A PRINTER AND SO FAR, IT IS WORKING WONDERFUL FOR WHAT I NEEDED IT FOR. All 3 color printers available in this store produced very bad copies. They each printed vertical/horizontal lines in the copies of my artwork. The lines were very noticeable and were not acceptable copies. Although I did receive credit, it took an hour of my time and the store clerks didn’t even take the copy machines out of service. It was a very disappointing experience at this new store.
