My second frustrating experience of happy returns at staples. I walk in at 1:42 and I’m told it’s lunch. I was like seems like lunch would be from 11:30 to 1:00…and their response to me is lunch is whenever they take their lunch! How can this be a reliable place if this is how they respond to customers! Very disappointed in Staples.

I called and spoke with David who took the time to locate a charger for my laptop. When I arrived he spent additional time making sure it was the right fit. Outstanding customer service. Even thought I do not live the area, this would be my Staples location of choice. Thank you David!

Staples falsely advertises furniture (desk and shelves) that they clearly do not have in stock, nor will receive for over 4 months. (Trust me, I called the main number and they gave me the number of the manufacturer. The manufacturer advised that they just received orders for the requested desk and shelf but it takes about 4 months to turn this around.) Yet, your local manager advertises and leaves these items on display and then when it's "not in stock" tries to upsell to something else. Very deceptive. Very dishonest. The employees were nice enough, but with such deceptive management, I will be shopping at Office Depot. It's sad too because I really liked this location, before the dishonesty committed by management.

I need a new home office chair. my old one was just terrible. I need to go up and figure out the right chair for me. I knew that Staple's would have a big selection to try out and choose from. I wish I could remember the gentleman that helped me. I am terrible with names. He really did a spectacular job helping me find a chair. After about trying around 15 different chairs, I finally found the one I liked. To my luck, they had one left in stock. I went with the arcadian executive chair by Lazboy. It is now my second day using it, and I am pleased with my purchase.

Horrible customer service. Got hung up on twice and put in hold to talk to a manager for 13 minutes!!! Thats a long time yo be put on hold for a manager. The best part is, I never got to talk to one. What has happened to this place? I get charged differently on copies each and everytime for the same copies OR I don't get charged at all. I'm looking for a new place to do business. The people working behind the printing department are slow and not friendly.

This place never seems to be too busy, but who can blame them... everything is being done online these days... but I really hope they don’t close. They got great services here and everyone is super polite. In a day and age where customer service is king, this place definitely gets it done and trains their employees well.
