I believe Katie is an exceptional employee! On numerous visits she has been extraordinarily helpful and gone out of her way to help me. She is an exceptional employee and deserves to be acknowledged as such!! I can't say enough about her, she is WONDERFUL!

I asked for a copy of my notes four pages per sheet, double sided, since my home printer was out of ink. They told me that it couldn’t be done today and gave me excuses about how they would need to crop each page and reformat it, which I know is unnecessary for my needs. I went to Costco, got ink, and did the job they said they could not do. I will never return to this fedex or any other and the entire business deserves to go under.

The printing software has problems and wouldn't work, but the staff were very nice about it. They printed my papers free of charge to make up for the wait.

I don't know the clerk's name, but they were one of the rudest, most unhelpful people I've dealt with in some time. I had a pre-paid label that was e-mailed to me from FedEx. The contents of that e-mail said that a FedEx clerk at a FedEx location could print it for me if I showed them the e-mail on my phone. However, the QR code in my e-mail would not display on my phone. Despite having my full name, e-mail address, phone number, as well as the label ID and code, this person said "well, there's nothing I can do for you." That response left me, well, aghast. Given all of that information, it was not at all believable that they couldn't help me. Then a light bulb went off in their head and they said that I could forward the e-mail to the store and they could print it that way, which worked just fine. All the while, this person is being extremely argumentative with me, making counterpoints to every word out of my mouth for seemingly no reason except some apparent, deep desire not to help their customer. They even went on about how they have no way of knowing it's even my label. First of all, huh? Second, I said that I had the entire, full label up on my phone. They said that was of no help and repeated that they didn't know it was actually my label. I said of course it's mine, and here was their response. Are you ready for this? "Says you." Yeah, they actually said that, and in a sarcastic tone. I said, no, says your label that has my full name and all of my information printed right on it. At this point, the transaction was complete and I left. What a bizarre experience.

I had a negative experience my last time here. But this time there was a worker named ashley, she was great. Calm, patient, friendly, attentive, helped me save money and understand my options overall. I will actually return when its not my last possible choice like this time. Someone take notes from Ashley.

The ultimate work product was fine but the service was less than stellar. The employees were not friendly nor did they seemed concerned about ensuring that the order was correct. I didn’t have high expectations and I was not let down. The store itself was clean and well organized.
