I have the informed delivery service with usps.i've had 4 packages in the last 9 months that they said they delivered but wasn't.the clerks at the post office are not very helpful.was talking with one clerk on phone an pretty much she hung up on me with me still trying to talk.

Our concern is not with this office, but it is with a mail carrier out of this office who delivers to our home. It seems as though the mail carrier on route has a issue with closing the mail box door. It snaps closed easily with my index finger alone. About 80% of the time in last 5 months, it has been left open and our mail is soaked, since it has rained generously this spring and fall. I politely taped a Reminder to "Please close door", on the front of the door, but obviously this carrier doesn't care.

I am traveling to Japan for a business trip so naturally I need a passport. I filled out the paperwork and the clerk looked it over. I had a cheerful conversation with her and she seemed competent. Well that's what I thought. Here I am 12 days from my leave day and I find out I missed a signature. I have to pay an extra $80 dollars for a signature they didn't make sure was there as the experts. Now I'm so anxious to whether I am going to get it in time I am stressed the F out.

They send your packages back to the shipper for no reason. I'll stick with UPS or FedEx from now on.
