Don't waste your time or money here. It took them nearly two months to get a key for my PO box, even though I reserved it months in advance, and the mail that they receive from the main Stadium USPS station often takes several days to get sorted into the boxes. I have lost several pieces of mail (including an absentee voting ballot) and one package here, which to me defeats the purpose of even having a PO box. Also note that Amazon and sometimes UPS will NOT ship anything to your PO box at this location, as they deem the zip code undeliverable (48106). There used to be more staff at this location, but now it appears to be staffed by one man who goes out of his way to be rude and make it seem like your very presence ruins his day. I have seen people getting talked down to for simple things such as buying stamps or asking about shipping options. More staff here is necessary. As of September 2022, their retail counter closes at 1-2pm every weekday (and sometimes even earlier than that), so if you have a question regarding your mail or PO box...good luck finding someone there to help you. The location is this station's only upside. Sometimes I wish something would smite it off the face of the earth.

Best of luck for anyone trying to do their business at this branch. Very often there is only one person at the desk, and when that person decides to take a break at random hours of the day, be prepared to waste half an hour of your time waiting for them : )) (I’m not saying the employee cannot take any break, maybe just be consistent so that people don’t come expecting a quick trip but end up waiting for very long)

I warn everyone from going to them and send things because they will steal your package and take money for nothing. And you will be just stressed and stolen!!!. I sent package to Iraq that cost more than $200 and they charged me $100 in the end of December 2021 and nothing went to Iraq and nothing came back to me!. I lost my package and the money that I gave them!!!.

Went here to return a package and simply needed one piece of tape to send it, and the man at the front desk refused to give tape because it was not through “priority mail” - instead he said I needed to purchase an entire tape roll. What a ridiculous concept… the tape roll was right there and it was not a big package whatsoever. USPS get it together here! All other locations I’ve been to have offered to help.

Please staff this location better. Employees are consistently rude, unfriendly, and stressed. I wanted to mail a package and an employee made me buy a sticker to write the address on instead of just letting me tell him the address out loud, as I have done at every single USPS in the past when I wanted to mail a package.

My package was held by post office without my permission, I called USPS and they told us to go to this location. I went there and the clerk told me they don't hold any packages...

Male staff member was extremely rude, terrible customer service. We had an issue with our mail forwarding so we came in to ask about it and he acted shocked that we came in and said they aren't "customer service" and can't help. The service and his attitude were ridiculous, example of a government run office at its worst.

The worst customer service that I have ever received in any place. They show "delivered in/at mailbox" on the tracking status, but nothing was there in my mailbox, neither in front door nor garage door. When I called their office, their attitude was extremely rude and unfriendly like I owe they thousands of dollars. Not just unfriendly, they don't provide much information regarding the missing "delivered package". It is obvious they have such low rating on google map. If I can give zero star, I will do.

Seriously whoever runs this place needs to hire more people, at least to cover shifts during busier times. I got here at 3 with a huge line, and 30 minutes later it hasn't even moved. There's one person and they're fairly nice, but god do they need more staff so we don't have to wait in goddamn 1 hour+ lines to mail one package. I'm glad I came here after my class because if I tried to mail something during a 1 hour break between classes I might not make it in time.

I, happen to like this location, the staff has always been friendly and courteous to me. Yes they are sometimes very busy it busy depends on the time of as with any business. If you’re stuck in a 9 to 5 life you should expect that and quit complaining. I find the place wide open no waiting around 2:00 PM. Nice people, A++ Frankie Bartson, Ann Arbor Amplifier
