Best shipping and mailing service in Ann Arbor, Michigan (MI) 2024

Don't waste your time or money here. It took them nearly two months to get a key for my PO box, even though I reserved it months in advance, and the mail that they receive from the main Stadium USPS station often takes several days to get sorted into the boxes. I have lost several pieces of mail (including an absentee voting ballot) and one package here, which to me defeats the purpose of even having a PO box. Also note that Amazon and sometimes UPS will NOT ship anything to your PO box at this location, as they deem the zip code undeliverable (48106). There used to be more staff at this location, but now it appears to be staffed by one man who goes out of his way to be rude and make it seem like your very presence ruins his day. I have seen people getting talked down to for simple things such as buying stamps or asking about shipping options. More staff here is necessary. As of September 2022, their retail counter closes at 1-2pm every weekday (and sometimes even earlier than that), so if you have a question regarding your mail or PO box...good luck finding someone there to help you. The location is this station's only upside. Sometimes I wish something would smite it off the face of the earth. ~K
