If I could I would give it a 0 when I went to the Burger King in Bluffton South Carolina there were only one worker there and my French toast sticks was soggy and they almost made me late for work because I had to sit there for 25 minutes I will give it a zero star

really dont like putting businesses down however this is for everyone who buys food there. The service has been terrible since Covid and they re opened. Its not the employees fault. They are always short handed. However today I went to the counter, ordered food for the family and watched a large roach walk right behind the server. The floor had fries all over it as it seems to always be the case. I told the server to cancel my order and that she had a roach walking behind her and she just looked at it and stood there. I know many restaurants may have a bug issue but when they start walking around in daylight with people working I would tend to wonder what happens when the lights are out. Perhaps they don't even have an exterminator contracted. Who knows! But anyway, Just wanted to let you all know. Unfortunately the next closest one is Hardeeville and the management dont treat the employees any better there. Last summer they had to work inside without air conditioning for at least two weeks i know of. If I remember correctly its under the same ownership but cant confirm.

Drive thru was a long wait when we asked the young lady what kinds of drinks they had she replied with coke products. My boyfriend asked can you tell me which coke products you have, she got an attitude stated then very quickly along with, Look I don’t have time for this! Needless to say we won’t be back!

Ordered double cheeseburger meal. Discovered later these cheapskates charged me 10 cents extra for "heavy pickles"! They never mentioned the upcharge! Do they also charge extra for Ketchup too? Shame on this burger king practice.

Completely unprofessional! I sat in the drive thru forever then the person on taking orders got an attitude with me just for saying hello.

Seems like everyone hates this place I can imagine why aside from the nice service but their lack of hamburgers and general food items I would say this place was great. It was good for the last few times we had went on my son had wanted some thing but when we went for ourselves the meat reminded me of sludge and we didn’t need it. Not really proud of our purchase nor did I eat it definitely not recommending able to go to agree with the other bad reviews

Horrible customer service at the window. Bad attitude. If you hate your job stay home don’t push that energy on to others early in the morning. Some people love life and want to push love and light into others. This Burger King apparently doesn’t have anyone who wants to do that.

While I usually have a great experience at this particular location, this morning was less than Great. And it was nothing to do with the food but all to do with the service. The window attendant was filled with attitude. So much so that my half my order wasn't in the bag. The dining room wasn't open to the public so I had to sit in line for some 10 more minutes causing me to be late. Only for her to all but throw my food at me. Not one word of consideration or care. This should be addressed

One of the cleaner BK's I have been to recently. Signs in front door apologize for short staff & possible slow service, but this place was faster in preparing our 3 orders than most fast food restaurants I visit. Lady working counter & drive through was super pleasant/nice. Between the speed of service, nice demeanor, clean restaurant & good food this is one of the best BK's I've been to.

The worst service imaginable. The staff have absolutely no idea what they're doing and dont seem to care otherwise. I ordered a typical lunch that included a Whopper, Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Nuggets, and cheese sticks. As you can see from the receipt and photo, 20 minutes later we had food. I ordered a Whopper with no cheese or mayo and got both. Cheese sticks had no chreese in them. No point stopping at this place. Wait 5 min for the Wendys up the road.
