really dont like putting businesses down however this is for everyone who buys food there. The service has been terrible since Covid and they re opened. Its not the employees fault. They are always short handed. However today I went to the counter, ordered food for the family and watched a large roach walk right behind the server. The floor had fries all over it as it seems to always be the case. I told the server to cancel my order and that she had a roach walking behind her and she just looked at it and stood there. I know many restaurants may have a bug issue but when they start walking around in daylight with people working I would tend to wonder what happens when the lights are out. Perhaps they don't even have an exterminator contracted. Who knows! But anyway, Just wanted to let you all know. Unfortunately the next closest one is Hardeeville and the management dont treat the employees any better there. Last summer they had to work inside without air conditioning for at least two weeks i know of. If I remember correctly its under the same ownership but cant confirm. ~Cliff

Had my tires replaced with them in February (great price, done quickly). Had a flat a few days ago and was very close to another tire place so I just pulled in there, they gave me the run around for 3 days while my car sat in their lot. I called Firestone and they told me to bring it there, so I went down and put my spare on (with zero help from the people that work there who I asked for help and def would have paid for help) and took it to Firestone. The technician stayed late to make sure my car was done that day. It turned out to be a very simple repair but they went above and beyond to check it out right away and get it fixed the same day so I didn’t need to be in a rental. I was in here on yesterday around 4 ish traveling to GA with4 kids. We stopped in to get snack and the place was a mess! The drinks were mostly out, the area was nasty, I bought liver and gizzards they were dry, I ordered a 99 cent roll and was giving the other type bread they sold. The guy on the kitchen side was white and he was more frustrated and overworked. The young black lady at the cash register didn’t even give me eye contact! She was so busy trying to figure out an issue with another transaction. She did point to a self serve register and told me to check out there!! They need help at the store. ~Stacey
