Was traveling from Parris Island to Savannah airport after watching our grandson graduate from Marine boot camp. Was 30 miles from the airport and noticed tire pressure rapidly dropping on right front tire. Stopped at a gas station to fill with air but still leaked. Drove to nearest tire shop which was Walmart. They were extremely rude and said the would not help us. Called Goodyear and they said we could have an appointment in a week. Firestone was our last resort. They were busy and short staffed like the other tire shops in the area. After explaining our emergency situation to the manager, he agreed to squeeze us in as we needed to purchase a new tire and have it installed and balanced. Was on our way after an hours wait and made the flight time for our new Marine to have a short visit back home before going on to his next training. Much thanks to the Firestone team. Service: Tires

Had my tires replaced with them in February (great price, done quickly). Had a flat a few days ago and was very close to another tire place so I just pulled in there, they gave me the run around for 3 days while my car sat in their lot. I called Firestone and they told me to bring it there, so I went down and put my spare on (with zero help from the people that work there who I asked for help and def would have paid for help) and took it to Firestone. The technician stayed late to make sure my car was done that day. It turned out to be a very simple repair but they went above and beyond to check it out right away and get it fixed the same day so I didn’t need to be in a rental. And they are always so nice and polite! Service: Tires

Clean, popular and professional auto service shop. Online scheduling app or service is not well maintained 👎quite poor. To the point of embarrassment . However I sense it not the fault of the shop management. All photos are accurate.

So personally i didnt have a bad experience here and i brought my car twice. Granted whenever my car needs work i do it myself unless i dont have the proper equipment or its a huge job i dont want to do myself. Brought my car in for an alignment, they couldnt do it and had a very valid reason. My inner tie rod needed replacement. I was not paying $500 to get it fixed when i can do it myself for SO much cheaper. But ive NEVER been told my car had issues that it didnt, and drove my car away from here twice with no issues.

Terrible customer service! I understand they were busy, but didn’t want to help me fixing my tire. I only heard excuses to don’t leave my car. They even told me to go somewhere else.

Firestone is by far the worst mechanic shop in the country. Don’t take my word for it, try and bring your car there and find out yourself. There is a million better shops to bring your car to in bluffton than these scumbags.

I went in for an oil change, alignment, tire pressure, wiper fluid and such came out paying 300+ expecting every issue to be addressed. I even asked the mechanic at the register if the small things like wiper fluid were addressed to which he responded saying they were. Rest assured that wiper fluid is empty, tire pressure still the same, so what did I exactly pay for? Will never be coming back here again. Convenience of proximity does not equate to better service. Overpriced garbage.

I was a female traveling alone trying to get from FL to NC, and had a flat tire on the interstate. By the time I arrived at Firestone 90 mins later (after Walmart tire center employee was rude and diamissive and refused to help me), I was quite rattled. Mark S. was so kind and comforting. The technicians replaced my tire and had me in and out in 90 minutes. This was impressive because they were slammed with work and were short staffed. Mark was helping 2 people at a time with constant phone calls interrupting him and new people coming in the door constantly. He had so much patience with everyone and kept his cool and was working his butt off and provided excellent customer service. Not to mention how comforting he was to this damsel in distress. :) Give this man a raise!

Traveling from FL back to PA our battery light came on. Too nervous to continue or turn off the car for fear of losing power, we stopped at Firestone. Dan & Drew tested our vehicle immediately, replaced the alternator and had our family of 5 on the road in under 2 hours. Most people get nervous about stopping at a random out of state repair shop but I will not hesitate to seek out a Firestone. With a specific key turning sequence our vehicle displays the engine problem codes and Drew indicated the same issue to us after his own assessment. Honest people, quick service, and a fair price at this Firestone location. If I was a local, I'd take all of our vehicles to Okatie Center Blvd N, Bluffton, SC.
