The last 2 or 3 times, they left out my extra biscuit. Today, I asked were they fresh?... The young lady said they were... She must have meant, freshly burnt. It's bad enough they're dry but are y'all trying to crack up somebody's teeth too?... You can't make this up to me, ever. I wish there was a -5 rating. Bye, Felicia!... I mean bye, this particular location!👋🏾

Normally very good food. I love the Hot Spicy Chicken. Do make sure you specify Not Spicy chicken. They do sale mild and spicy. I was disappointed with the chicken sandwich I had. Flavorful but not spicy. Also...the Drive thru Menu didn't have the new prices but they did have a note on the menu informing customers of new prices and a new will be available.

Twice now I've ordered the Classic chicken sandwich and both times I've gotten the buffalo one. I can't eat this!! I didn't say anything the first time but when I called after this time, no one answered. I pick order it on the way home from work and live too far away to go back. Not coming back I'm just wasting money.

It was my first time eating a Popeye's chicken sandwich. It was just ok. The staff was pleasant. It was a short wait to place my order because they seemed a little understaffed. The sandwich was just ok, it wasn't hot and fresh. The french fries were not hot and fresh either. Will I patronize Popeye's again? Probably not.

Never in my life have I ever had slower fast food service. Litterally in the drive thru for 45mins. I've been to sit down restaurants who got my food out faster than that. And to make matters worse they messed up my order. Had a whole chicken sandwich missing. How can you be that slow and still make mistakes?

Stopped otw to Atlanta @ 9pm and what a great choice. Food was right on point. Everything hot and fresh not one complaint. Staff was super nice Ms. Jamia took our order.. super nice and patient as we changed our minds 10 times. Ms. Francis was very respectful and even checked on our table to make sure everything was okay. Just a all around great experience. Thank you Aiken, SC and if your traveling thought I highly recommend this location.

The food is good. JUST PLEASE GET SOME TATAR SAUCE! They asked what kind of sauce I wanted and I said Ranch dressing and they still put cocktail sauce in my bag. AND it had ranch dressing on the ticket.

Waited in drive thru 25 mini. People were leaving the line even though they ordered their food. Chicken was cold and very greasy. Also it was not cooked all the way. Pink and bloody inside.. Our sides were cold too. Biscuits were like hockey pucks. I think you should send a few of the employees from the Aiken store to the Popeyes restaurant in Anderson',SC. They can train the people from the Aiken store properly. The Anderson Popeyes is THE BEST. Even on their busiest day you will not be disappointed with customer service or the quality of your food. Thank goodness for Popeye's in Anderson' SC.

Came to visit Aiken with family and we had a craving for some Popeyes. We ordered a couple family meals so we can munch on it in the evening as well. Chicken were fresh, hot, crunchy & juicy. The staff was very friendly and service was also fairly quick even though there was a line in front of us. Overall, we were pretty satisfied and the the quality of the food is as expected from a Popeyes. Highly recommend this location.

The spicy chicken sandwich is great. The fries, not so great. The tea is really good. The lady was nice but they were slow.
