I was shocked that I was told as I was waiting that the pharmacy was closed for lunch. I have never heard of any pharmacy closing for lunch. How is this allowed?

I bought a Phillips Nebulizer recently from this pharmacy for my baby .. That is not working and of no use for my baby. When I went back requesting that this is not working, the staff tested and said that this is not working. But not ready to replace. Instead they want me to buy a new one and need to work with the manufacturer to have this refunded. I spoke to the manufacturer for the complaint and shared all the details to this pharmacy. They said they will return back in 20 mins. It's 2 days and no update yet. Even they are not ready to help even for an access to care. I have bought many from this Walmart. First time in this pharmacy, had very worst experience. Fully disappointed and will not recommend to any also...

Have been using this pharmacy from more than 8 years, though it is further away from our place. Customer service over the phone or in person is excellent here and very informative. Never been disappointed. Mostly pleasant experiences with the pricing and the humble staff !!

If 0 stars were an option....my fiancé has a constant script at this location (which we will be moving now as a result of the most recent issue) and it is NEVER ready all the way. Let me further explain “all the way:” once we went in and they had issues clearing the pill type, I blamed that on the insurance. When we finally resolved this issue the next four times we went in, we were only able to receive three doses of his medication (not “all the way” ready). MIND YOU this most recent event we received a call to TELL US our script would be all set. Since they have totally screwed us before I reminded my fiancé to call ahead. He called and they told him it was all ready, we head over thinking it would be quick in and out- nope they made him wait 10 minutes and...wait for it...THE SCRIPT WAS STILL NOT “all the way” DONE!!! Royally annoyed with every single employee at this location and after we get the rest of the script we will not be coming back no matter how convient their location is to my house

Hamza was a tremendous help when I called about my prescription, offering to contact the doctor to switch it to generic, set me up in the text message system so that I would know when it was ready, and helping me find the lowest price as my high deductible insurance has me paying cash.

This Walmart location is convenient on my drive home from work, and I like it because it's never super crowded around 5:30/6pm. The customer service reps are very friendly and super helpful!
