I had a lug but problem on my camper while on a multi-state vacation so when I got home I had to replace some rounded off clad lug nuts! I looked on line and found what I needed at NAPA by me. I went there and , unfortunately they only had 5 in stock( I needed 20). Some computer magic and he found 10 at one store and 10 at another. Promised they would be in the next day, which they were. The only thing that would have made the experience Nirvana would have been for NAPA to come and change out the other lug nuts still on the camper! Oh my aching back! Oh, and they sponsor Chase Elliott in NASCAR!👍

Had two heavy duty truck batteries that we had purchased less than two years ago still under warranty. The service representative was very responsive and advised me of the prorated rate for the new batteries. She even helped me get them taken out and put into the trunk of my car. Happy Customer Again. 😊

I went there today and the lady behind the counter tested my battery said your batteries perfect no problems then when I went to Pep Boys brought a new battery went back to my truck it started right up no problems she didn't even flinch when I said I already tested it I could only get a jump off the battery just changed the alternator so know it wasn't a problem I would not recommend this place they suck All I have to say is SOME PEOPLE'S KIDS SHM F NAPA

Needed a radiator for my wife's SUV and after calling many auto parts stores I found this store had the best price ..... $75 lower than everyone else!!!! Store was clean, well organized and the clerk was very informative, helpful and shared some valuable tips for my project. Very pleasant experience!!
