Horrible experience. Went in for a haircut and the lady who cut my hair told me that she doesn’t even cut hair. Was randomly doing strokes with the razor and cut my hair in a crazy way. Did not blend sides and totally uneven cut. Called to come back in to get it fixed two days later (offered to pay for entirely new haircut) and they locked the doors during business hours when I arrived. Myself and two other family’s that called ahead waited outside for 20+ minutes knocking on the door as there was obviously staff inside, just locked door so no customers could enter.

I checked in online, was told 85 min. In 45 min i got alert 15 min. I ran out of house , got there 18 min. A very very rude woman ( i was told her name is Samantha) said you were up an hour ago. I explained. She scowled (na mask)and went on about her business i waited a few min, walked out , and went back in aNd confronted her about her rudeness. She denied it was her. I am not stupid, and there are hair salons on every corner. I WILL not be treated like that.

Walked in today for a haircut, as I’m waiting i hear the stylist complaining to the customer that he didn’t leave enough of a tip, she made me and other uncomfortable and we left. Will not be returning, i understand her frustration but it was not the way to deal with the situation.

Very rude customer service. Booked online for an appointment and told at 5:30pm they were closing at 6. Mind you three different signs said 7pm including the website. Cute Service: Haircut

Called for an appointment and was told it wasn't necessary. Walked in with one person ahead of me. That person had his haircut and the male barber gets into a conversation with a person getting their haircut, in the other chair, about riding motorcycles. In the interim 2 other people came in for haircuts. One of the other people turned to me and said "more talking than haircutting." At that point, I waved good bye to her and walked out. Very poor service.

They kicked me off of my chair for a haircut I scheduled because someone asked if they could get their haircut before me. Like legit not making this up. Then tried to tell me they would still give me a haircut after that one.... I'm not going to get into an altercation about a haircut but what's the deal with that

Only 2 stylists, 4 people waiting makes for a long wait! Older gentleman at counter wasn't happy because I didn't supply a phone number or full last name, luckily he went out the back door! Nice lady who did my haircut!
