Best beauty salon in West Palm Beach, Florida (FL) 2024

Horrible experience. Went in for a haircut and the lady who cut my hair told me that she doesn’t even cut hair. Was randomly doing strokes with the razor and cut my hair in a crazy way. Did not blend sides and totally uneven cut. Called to come back in to get it fixed two days later (offered to pay for entirely new haircut) and they locked the doors during business hours when I arrived. Myself and two other family’s that called ahead waited outside for 20+ minutes knocking on the door as there was obviously staff inside, just locked door so no customers could enter. ~Trevor

The store smells like a million bucks when you walk in. It's very clean and well recovered. Products are easy to find but items on sale were hard to locate because they didn't have sales stickers in front of them. I knew the products I wanted to buy were on sale because I saw the sales online. However, the staff is so friendly and helpful here that they walk right up n ask you if you need help or a basket. I left happy and satisfied. ~MS.
