First I would like to thank KYE for going above and beyond great customer service skills and patience I came for eye serum kye was knowledgeable of the products also lipgloss products however the young ladies at the front desk I would give a 2 out of 10 my personal reasons !

They have a ton of selections. However, not one person working wanted to assist me. No one greeted me. I did spend $150 there, but next time I'll go to Sephora. In my opinion Sephora has better customer service, based on my past shopping experiences.

I went in today, walked up to two sales people, and asked who wanted to help me. Olivia stepped over to listen to what I was looking for. After telling her what I needed, and showing her a pic, she suggested (2) products, and explained why they were what I was looking for. I got what I was shopping for, as well as a pleasant experience. She is friendly; knows what she is talking about, and quite an asset, to this store. THANKS, Olivia 🤩

The store smells like a million bucks when you walk in. It's very clean and well recovered. Products are easy to find but items on sale were hard to locate because they didn't have sales stickers in front of them. I knew the products I wanted to buy were on sale because I saw the sales online. However, the staff is so friendly and helpful here that they walk right up n ask you if you need help or a basket. I left happy and satisfied.

Serena provides excellent costumer service! Very rare to find someone these days who is willing to help and has the knowledge. She recommended me some products that exceeded the results of the ones a dermatologist prescribed for me. She took the time to explain in detail all about these products and understood my problem.

Love this store, they have all the best brands and the hair salon is absolutely amazing the girls there give great advice for different products and they recommend the Maddison Reid box hair color because it's better for your hair.

I’m not a makeup person at all but I have a cut on my face and wanted to cover it up!!! After all, it is my birthday 😊 I walked in and came across Jamoy. I showed her my cut and told her what I needed. Without hesitation, she went and grabbed a concealer. It blended perfectly with my chocolate skin tone!!! I couldn’t even tell there is a blemish on my face! She was very pleasant to work with. If I ever decide to really do the makeup thing, I would definitely go back to Ulta on Palm Beach Lakes!!!!!

I'd give more stars but I'm really annoyed with the cashier. First associate was kind and helpful, didn't try to up-sell. When I went to pay was asked for my number so I said I don't have the rewards. Was told I needed to provide for possible returns... Then was asked my name, birthday, email... I asked why I couldn't just purchase without providing this information and the cashier seemed to be annoyed with me not wanting to sign up.

When compared to other locations this location falls short. However, I was greeted at the door and after much roaming around I did have someone give me some assistance. The staff was very nice, pleasant, and patient but I found it lacking in personalized service when compared to their State Rd 7 location. The store appearance was not what I was used to but I did come in 30 minutes before closing and that probably played a role in store appearance and quality of personalized service. I would visit again but not my favorite location.
