Only dunkin in lansing area that i like and drive a bit out of the way to work to stop here. I usually come during morning rushes. even w ordering a specialty drink, donut and hot food with 3-4 cars infront of me i get thru the drive thru in 5 minutes every time.

Super clean. Everything was real nice. There were tables an comfy chairs in the back to lounge in. 3 stars for the fact that half the store was alcohol. 👎

Ordered 6 donuts through DOORDASH and instead of calling and saying they were out of the ones I had picked out, they replaced them but the problem being is that I have allergies to certain items and they put Lemon filled ones in without a note on the box or anything. And when I called up to the store about it the girl on the phone gave me an attitude and was incredibly rude. I’m going to be in severe pain because of this because it was covered like a regular powered donut.

One of the best Dunkin Donuts you’ll ever visit. Always fast, friendly and spot on orders. If you order inside or pickup they have a nice seating area with WiFi and power outlets, and they have a super rewards program. I visit at least a couple of times a week.

I wish I had caught her name but the clerk was so helpful with my disabled brother, very pretty shorter black girl great nails. We got 2 grilled cheese with ham 3 donuts gas and a fountain drink. She seamlessly took our food order and accepted fuel payment all in one swoop also managed to make me feel like a very appropriated customer:) will definitely be back!!!!
