The moving experience was awesome because we got our storage unit at $99 a month. 6 months after, we received a rate increase, decided to move out when it reached $220. Terry the store employee is very helpful and very friendly.

My short time at Extra Space Storage was a great experience. I only needed a short term rental as I was moving stuff out of my condo while I had some demo work done pulling up floors and ripping out cabinets, etc. I ended up with a 10x10 unit for two months and my dealings with the staff (Terry) and another staff member (a gal in the office who I’m forgetting her name at the moment) but they were so nice and wonderful to deal with. I would definitely rent from Extra Space Storage again if I needed to, and especially this location (which happens to be 1/3rd of a mile from my home) but I’d drive a 5 miles just to rent from this location again because of my friendly experience with the staff.

Mr. Terry and Ms. Dominique are awesome! They are personable and caring people. The staff takes care of the grounds very well. Every time went visited my storage unit, never any trash anywhere. They aim to please their customers. I’m thankful for having the opportunity of meeting them.

Dominique was incredibly helpful in getting me into a storage unit quickly and professionally! She helped ensure I got the best pricing I could on my unit, and thoroughly explained all the details in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable talking with her, as she was confident and experienced in her role. To top off her excellent customer service, after walking in the heat to view my New unit, she offered cold water bottles so I could stay hydrated while loading my items into my new storage unit. Amazing job, give her a promotion and/or raise because she is representing the company in all the best ways and deserves one for her hard work! :)

Worked with Zack during my visit and the experience was remarkable. He was very personable and definitely is a people person. These are the types of employees that give me faith in the retail world. Side note that man looks like he could put up some weight in the gym, keep it going big man!
