She helped ensure I got the best pricing I could on my unit, and thoroughly explained all the details in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable talking with her, as she was confident and experienced in her role. To top off her excellent customer service, after walking in the heat to view my New unit, she offered cold water bottles so I could stay hydrated while loading my items into my new storage unit.
