Nice, clean location and if you want to deal with a nice person come on a Monday, orlando is knowledgeable and friendly 👌 I’ve rented and /or returned several Penske trucks here and the woman, Jane? Just simply doesn’t belong in a role where she interacts with customers. I dread coming to this location. I’ve heard and shared stories with several people, some renters and they all have the same opinion. But , ask what day the gentleman is coming and you’re great 😁 ~shawn

Dominique was incredibly helpful in getting me into a storage unit quickly and professionally! She helped ensure I got the best pricing I could on my unit, and thoroughly explained all the details in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable talking with her, as she was confident and experienced in her role. To top off her excellent customer service, after walking in the heat to view my New unit, she offered cold water bottles so I could stay hydrated while loading my items into my new storage unit.
