My wife hit a deer and we took to to Don Rypma for body work. We detailed the work needed and when we got the car back they did not do all the requested repairs. When I got in the car to drive, all the lights were on the dashboard, these were working before taking it in for repair. We called to have them fix the computer issue and was told that they were not responsible. Very poor customer service and I will never recommend this business again. ~Joel

The people in the office are nice and helpful, but 5 times I have had to go in to pick up a package that was not delivered. We usually get a slip that says "Tried to deliver, but no one is home." However, out of 5 people, there is always some one here. ...and 2 dogs that alert us if anyone is out front. Still waiting on a package now that was sent almost 2 weeks ago from PA. ~SLRS
