I put a one but meant to put zero!!! Worst place to work!!! If you have any self worth, don't work here!!! Staff is rude!! Place is NEVER stocked!!! I can never find what I'm looking for!!! Worst place ever!!! I rather shop at a yard sale or salvation army than here!!!

Well we have our service animal with us and they kicked us out of the store with her. All bc she didn’t have her vest on that says service animal. We literally forgot it but they still were rude about it. I would never recommend this store for anyone to shop at if the male worker is there! He’s rude and said she wasn’t allowed! We will be finding a different dollar general around gladwin area without rude workers! The worker was Brandon Maxson who was extremely rude to us about my service animal

Purchased a version refill card and Verizon tells me it is invalid so went back to store for help and they said it went through sorry nothing we can do I left thinking there is always something they can do like help me figure out what is going on plus it would have been a good experience for them in the future. Anyway I'm out a phone and cash.

This Dollar General is by far and away the very best in Gladwin Michigan. I drive the extra miles to get the best "Dollar General experience" I can. It's well worth the drive. The store is neat and orderly. The associates are friendly and attentive. A greeting when walking into the store starts you off. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for all of our DG's in our community. The other two are lacking in customer service and and the aisles are jammed up with boxes and boxes of product on huge carts. ( In particular the one across from Family Fare) I drive the extra miles to enjoy my shopping experience at this particular Dollar General. I will continue to do so. The Manager needs to be commended...along with her staff... teamwork makes the dream work. I am a big Dollar General customer, and will continue be one. I just refuse to shop in a messy, poorly stocked store. Especially when the customer's are not appreciated. My suggestion is shop at the DG on 61 by the Wooden Shoe.

Very friendly and helpful. This store has become a great asset to our community that is a 15 min drive to Gladwin. They carry almost everything a person needs in a pinch. The only things not carried are fresh beef, chicken, pork and alcohol. Other than that a person can prepare a meal for the family and just about every choice known of for breakfast.

Friendly faces everytime you enter. The store is well stock and one of the best cleaned stores I have ever seen. I go out of my way just to try and shop here. I love this store better than the one near my house.
