In 2019 I got my second car at Stoops and was over the moon excited about the purchase. I bought my car from Brett Estes and am so glad that I did! I had nothing but positive things to say about this place for the longest time. However, after 2020 happened I have not received very great service from Stoops. There have been multiple instances, but today led me to the ultimate decision to find somewhere else to go. I have a persisting issue with my coolant tank and this morning at 10:00am I was scheduled for an appointment to simply look at what my issue may be. Not only was my service associate not attentive to the issues that I was expressing, he was simply not listening to me at all! He told me that it would be a couple hours until they got my car back to look at it. So I went home and a couple of hours later I attempted to call and maybe get an update on my car. After calling 10+ times I finally got ahold of someone who let me know that they would have an estimate for my issue at 2:00pm. I had to work at 1:00pm and did not expect my 10:00am car appointment to take four+ hours. Anyways, I decided to just get my car and leave. I will never go back to Stoops. I have never experienced anything like this and wish the best to anyone who wants to get their vehicle serviced at Stoops post COVID.

We were able to get our new car the same day we brought our old one for trade! Pat Bowen was amazing in helping us find our dream car!! He made the entire sales experience so pleasant! We had a poor experience somewhere else before so this was just a huge relief! We love our “new to us” CRV! We will be staying with Stoops in the years and cars to come!

Full transparency, my first experience at Stoops back in 2019 was TERRIBLE. I told myself I would never go back, but boy am I so glad I did! From the first moment of contact this time around to me driving off the lot in the nicest car I have ever owned, I was treated kindly, I was helped immensely, and I left extremely satisfied. I was in a terrible place financially. A recent divorce left me unable to afford the car I had purchased from Stoops over 2 years ago. Dale was amazing, start to finish. He was kind, understanding, and worked hard to make so many amazing things fall into place. No negative equity, no sales tax, and a warranty I had purchased was able to be used as a down payment toward this beautiful 2017 Buick Envision that I still cannot believe is mine ❤️ Dale Rains, you have a customer for life.
