This is the only shop that I trust! Everyone there is knowledgeable and never try to sell you anything you don't need. I was having a noise coming from my front end and they figured out it was my hub bearing. They replaced it and the noise is now gone and the car drives a lot smoother. I will keep coming back for all of my maintenance needs. Justin the store manager is very personable and knowledgeable. Steve the service writer is very nice and welcoming and does everything he can to keep you informed on your vehicle while it is being repaired. If you have any questions they are all happy to make sure to help you with anything. I highly recommend coming to Precision Tune for all of your maintenence needs! My Chrysler Pacifica kept on a steady light displaying there is something wrong with my vehicle. I took it to the Raeford Road shop. I decided to just wait there while it was being checked/fixed because the waiting area looked clean & comfortable. The guy took the time to explain my automatic stop/start auxiliary battery was bad. Who knew I had two batteries, not me. In just about an hour my van was all done (so I didn’t get to see the end of the movie playing in the waiting area). Went in for an Oil Change, The tech Duane worked on my car. He throughly detailed the condition of my car and had me and my car in and out in a timely manner. Steve and Justin at the front were also very helpful explaining the maintenance performed on my car and what I need to do in future visits. 10/10 highly recommend!! They will lie too you and try saying your car needs all this work when it really doesn’t. All they care about is the all mighty dollar. If you go here have them show you why your car is messed up ask to see what’s wrong. Don’t let any shop try and play you. Anyone who reads this always get a second opinion. If they can’t show you what’s wrong don’t get the work done. This shop just lied to one of my customers saying he needs a rack and pinion and the axles are bad so they can’t align the vehicle.

Have taken several vehicles to them over the years. They have always been reasonable and quick with the repairs. I CANNOT recommend them for the NC DMV INSPECTION. The tech came up with a couple of issues. One was a haze on the headlights. Not sure if he tested or not, but with the LED headlights on this car were brighter than my other cars with normal headlights and new glass and both of them passed. He quoted a price of over $1000 to replace both headlights. Quote from dealer for the repair was under $400, And I ended up fixing both lights in under an hour myself. Then he “found” another issue and quoted another $1000 to repair it. After taking it to another shop the issue was the oil filter was slightly loose and leaking oil on another part. (The part that he said was bad and needed replacing.). The only way I will return another vehicle to this place is if I know that tech won’t be doing the work on my car.

I won’t ever take my car here again and I’m definitely reporting them to the BBB. I really feel like they scammed me out of my money. I took my car to my dealership and it’s things the recommended that weren’t a problem. When I let them know how they came to the conclusion of what was going on, the service gentleman chuckled. I had a diagnostic test done here and had 2 other parts replaced to find out I had an engine problem. It should have not taken the replacement of 2 part to recognize an engine problem especially with my engine light flashing. Also I had to continuously call for an update on my car. It got to the point I recorded conversations because of the inconsistency in the conversations. I’m not sure if there short staff but the time they had my car was ridiculously long. Please be aware to check out parts they put on your car as well as they are known to put parts from a junk yard on your car! Please read the reviews before going here as well. I brought my 2013 Dodge Avenger to the Fayetteville, NC Precision Tune Auto Care shop to get my ac system fixed. They took very good care of me and my vehicle!!! They even called and paid for an Uber ride!!! The facility is very clean and the entire staff including the manager, Justin were very friendly, polite, and professional!!!! Can usually find coupons for certain services like oil changes, inspection etc.. Online. Oftentimes busy but probably because they seem reasonably priced compared to other car care centers. Have a small childrens play area and complimentary snacks. The gentleman that helps me is always friendly. Usual wait time in my experience on 2 seperate Saturdays around mid morning to lunch time was an hour to hour and a half both times. The first time was busy and the second there was only hand full of people.

I've been using Precision to tune my vehicles for over 8 years now and have always been satisfied with their quality. For example, just today I went in for a tire rotation and oil change and found myself waiting for a while longer than anticipated. However when I asked about the status of my truck, they informed me it was complete and apologized for the work order slipping through the cracks to make it to the front counter for check out. A small inconvenience, but they comped me the entire servicing in compensation for the long wait time. They go above and beyond treating their customers with respect and dignity, and go the extra mile to keep that repeat business. 10/10
