Although my associate was professional, courteous and informative, it cost me more than $300 for my return. I’m disabled, unable to work and only had minimal paperwork but because I received income - as a result of being under my daughter-in-law in her direct marketing home business - I hade to file a self-employees form which cost more than $100!!! I didn’t find out the full cost until the end and i had to charge it. The cost to file was more than 1/2 if what I made. I was nauseous!! It’s a shame and should be a crime to charge people - who make near to nothing-so much. I’m still get sick to my stomach thinking about how I’ll now pay for your services. Shame on your company for not making any exceptions or allowances for people like me.
