I’ve been coming here for years and the staff has never been so unfriendly. The wisdom tooth surgery was delayed and it felt rushed. When my mom came to get me, they shoved the bill in her face before she walked into the room. The surgeon was the nicest one; all the others were callous and way too impolite. Even at the end, when I was asked if I could walk, I said “give me a minute” and she said, “no, we’re going to try now”. I’m not usually bitter but they were very unprofessional and obviously only cared about the money.

I am pleasantly surprised by my experience at Great Expressions. The staff is a staff is very professional, and Dr. Park and Dr. Kass Are very informative and communicative. I’m glad to have a place close to home that I can feel comfortable dealing with dental work.

I was raised to go to the dentist regularly. 5+ years ago I got married and moved 1-1/2 hours from my dentist. Over time my cap came off, my bridges, etc (I clench and grind my teeth). I kept trying to coordinate with my old dentist but no luck. When I got pain I had no choice to go to someone local. I was recommended by a coworker Great Expressions. It was an excellent experience. I had to get root canal, no pain like with my old dentist. I needed teeth extracted, again no real pain. Each dentist is great at their craft! I highly recommend this Facility!!

Waited 3 months for a cleaning appointment, traveled there from PA, and they took x-rays again, which they had just done a couple of months prior. They recommended an expensive procedure and would not do the cleaning. Then they wanted me to pay $30 on the way out. The last time I was there to get one cracked tooth pulled, they pulled 2 teeth and the recovery was horrible. I was terrified during this and the only person that said a word to me, or was kind in any way, was the gentleman that was the dental assistant. Their main concern seems to be getting the most they can out of insurance companies. I'd rather pay out-of-pocket then go back there again!

I’ve been a patient of Dr John for the last 2 yrs. Prior to this time I had great fears of dentist. But Dr John changed that for me. I have highly recommended him and this practice to friends and family. He is caring, patient a phenomenal dentist. I wish I had found them years ago. Thank you Dr John and Great Expression for being who you are and doing what you do!!

I require quarterly visits for periodontal maintenance that entails deep cleaning, flouride application and additional treatment for bone loss. Hygienist Liz has been instrumental in identifying, evaluating and applying the specific treatments required in my case. I can't thank her enough for her professional help. In addition, all my crown and bridge work over the years has been flawlessly completed by Dr.John at Great Expressions. As a senior citizen, I have Dr.John to thank for preserving and repairing my teeth so I can enjoy meals without discomfort.

I am cautious to give a high rating as my experience with Great Expressions has been limited to just the past year. I've been disappointed with dental groups I at one point loved, so I reserve the right to change my review later :) All to say, I have had very good care and overall interactions with the dentists, hygienists and other support staff at the E. Main St office. Dr. Kessler, Dr. Park and hygienist Julie are all top notch - good bedside manner, thorough, clear communicators and understanding. I have had cleanings, fillings, teeth pulled and will soon have an implant. So far all of these procedures and consultations have gone fine. The pediatric dentist was good as well.

I went in for an emergency visit on a Saturday and they took me right away, couldn’t do any work until insurance approved and infection was gone. The dr was great and gave me antibiotics and told me to take Tylenol for the pain. 4 days later I woke up with my cheek swollen and in tremendous pain. I called them and without even putting me on hold so they could speak to a dentist, the receptionist told me there was nothing they could do and to go to urgent care. Luckily I went to urgent care and they gave me a stronger antibiotic and some medicine for the pain. Just had one of my procedures done yesterday and the dentist and his assistant were amazing and he knew nothing about me calling and being swollen. Like other reviews I praise the dentist and his assistant they are amazing and we’re constantly asking if I was okay during the procedure. The front desk staff needs to work on their customer service skills and procedures. But would highly recommend the dentist and his assistants!!

Carlos took my X-rays and was responsible for my prep. He was also amazing! What an effortless procedure on my part! It was a quick and I have 0 complaints! Thank you so much
