I actually have a great fear of going to the Dentist, but I must say the staff & Dentist are Awesome. I actually enjoy my visits. They know I am nervous and the reassure me and I be great.They are up front and honest and will work their best to ensure your satisfaction. I used to go to the Dentist in the Middletown Mall. Please avoid that place they never did anything correct. I love Aspen Dental and I'm sure they have my best interest at heart.

It was my first time there and I was welcomed with open arms shall we say the staff was very cool very understanding and they financially get it the doctor was awesome I felt so comfortable with this man and what he can do for me I’ve been offered myself to do a commercial before and after I’m a little bit of a comedian I’m dealing with cancer and all my teeth are disappearing one by one and he gave me that hope that I’ll have that mouth and that smile that I had as a kid one more time thank you Aspen Dental

The dentists at Aspen Dental are very nice, very personable. The staff at Aspen Dental is also nice. The challenge at Aspen Dental is that they may have more clientele than available appointment time slots. So making emergency appointments are only possible if there is a cancellation that will allow them to fit you in. I’ve witnessed this on more than one occasion. Otherwise all appointments are scheduled weeks in advance so there isn’t the possibility to schedule an appointment for the same week or the very next week. You can go in as soon as they open and wait in the waiting room to see if there is a cancellation (not great if you have a job/ or an emergency). They won’t make you wait the entire day before you are informed if there are any cancellations. If there are none than it is an unfortunate situation and you can come back the next day and repeat the process. They are very busy, which is great for business but not necessarily great if you do not have the understanding that you cannot get in sooner than 3 or 4 weeks.

Updating my review after my second visit. Loved: Appointment with Dr. Mohammed was a great answer to prayer (in Jesus' name). He was meticulous and very intentional about the service, he really cared about my issue and the outcome of the service and continued to let me know what to expect, doing a great job in the end, having a good attitude. Do Consider: I do however need to be vigilant when booking services at the front desk. So far when I make a follow up, they quickly name the follow up and suddenly want me pay for the future appointment before I leave (charging for the current service plus the future service before I have even booked the future appointment or know the breakdown of the cost) and in the last case, charged me what was, to me, an astronomical amount by clustering services and additional products for a future appointment without first checking with me on the details for the charge and again way before the appointment (Because most of the cost was out of pocket and not covered by the insurance like $80 service plus deductible + $120 non covered additions). I still need to confirm whether the extra scan after the x-Ray was necessary or was it an extra cost on my first day. I'm hoping it was at no additional cost. So I have to keep stopping them and saying -I will discuss this with my husband and pay on the day of- OR -Wait which of these is covered by the insurance, do I need the rest of that? Etc. Obviously each insurance plan varies but, for the reasons above, I get cautious and pay attention at the front desk. I just don't have hundreds and hundreds to shell out every day. So, so far the services are working out very well, and the actual dental staff is great. I still had to make a third appointment for the cleaning, as hygienists have their own schedule and perhaps with all the services added onto the cleaning it's more timely. ------------------------------ First impression is ok! I'm still feeling the place out after the first visit. (The older gentleman on the phone who originally scheduled the appointment was the sweetest gem. I received multiple other follow up calls by ladies in the office, before I went in to the appointment, whether to confirm insurance, confirm the appointment etc. So I know the office is on top of communicating and confirming payment method etc.) Upon visiting the office, at the front desk the people were for the most part nice. The technician was great, super sweet and quick at doing the x-rays. The dentist was very cool and approachable. He was super helpful, comes off knowledgeable and is confident about helping me with my concerns. The appointment went rather fast, in retrospect I should liked to have slowed down a bit more to process another question I've had. What I would prefer/still feeling out: I had a very short appointment and have always had a cleaning with my first visit, X-rays and all. Here, I was finished with everything in the first half hour of the appointment, which was nice yet because of a lunch break the time fell on, I couldn't see the hygienist for a cleaning, and was told that I have to schedule a separate appointment just for the cleaning. Not used to this being separate from the initial appointment with the X-rays. I have another appointment and I'm hoping it can be attached to that but it could be a third appointment for the cleaning. I have to call my insurance and make sure this shakes out right. Definitely research cost first with this office. Ultimately, I really hope the work is good which will determine whether this becomes my dental home. We shall see!

Had appointment 23 May, they asked me to come 30min early so I did, then I sat and waited until the normal scheduled appt time. During the root canal they left me in the room alone for 25min. Then they couldnt give me the procedure print out for insurance but promised it by later that day. Ive called 6 times requesting it and they still have not sent it. Incompetent front desk staff.

The Dentist always makes me nervous. I had a small procedure but was so nervous. Dr Mohammed was Delightful!!! So kind and funny and beyond gentle and thoughtful. He tested my number gums several times before starting!! So glad I had a visit with Him. He was great and the staff is beyond Awesome!!! Thank you Dr and crew

Because my son didn't confirm his appointment that I called to make. He was considered a cancellation when we arrived at the office. The office opened at 8 am. We got there at 8:05 am. There was 3 patients ahead of us. They were all seen and left. Now my son and I were the only ones in the waiting room. The receptionist tells us it could be hours before my son is seen just for x-rays and he is a first time patient. There were no other patients. Going to a different dentist.

The initial visit was very successful. I came in as a Walk-In and had to wait, but was treated with care and kindness. The X-Ray Technician, Hygienist, and Dentist were very gentle with the area of my mouth that was in pain. The plan for repair was very clear and they answered all my questions. The ladies in the front desk were also very kind and patient with all my questions about finance and scheduling appointments. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.
