I love this ultra so much like the employees here are amazing. I ran into one of the workers I think her name was like Olivia or something and she was so helpful!! I’m so glad that I ran into her since she was able to give me the perfect advice for what I needed. Thank you olivia!

I was hesitant getting my hair done here. Honestly I didn’t get the results I wanted but that’s okay because my hair dresser informed of that. She was really nice and I liked my time with her. But I did end up getting upcharged. My hairstylist charged me for a service & product I did not ask for. I reached out to customer service about a week ago now and no response. Save some money and go to a salon or hairstylist that informs you of the cost before adding things to your hair.

I felt embarrassed by her biased ways against people of other race ***hint hint** I wouldn’t refer her to anyone. She is uneducated and divided in her own kind. Beware ya!!! (She will refuse other than her own kind to do your hair) strange.**Anyway on a good note the manager Stephanie was extremely nice and understood my concerns.

My nieces and I came to buy makeup here yesterday , the staff all they did was follow , follow , follow. As if we were going to steal. I saw the same associate by me 5 x times and the other one like 3x time. Smh this is awful. Ulta please do better … last time going there for sure !

The hairdresser was really sweet & spent a lot of time on me. But she dropped the curling iron on my shoulder & if I didn’t have my hoodie on she would have burned me. Also, don’t waste your money on the karatin hair treatment. It didn’t do anything for me and it cost 200$. Literally my hair has no change except it smells like chemicals now and the chemical smell won’t wash out. Giving 3 stars because the hair dresser did her best & the hair came out looking good for the day. Also, accidents happen and she could’ve been having a bad day! Bad days happen. But unfortunately this bad day cost me over 200$ lol.

I used the hair salon service. My hairdresser is Daniela Durante and she did an amazing job. Highly recommend! The hair cut is $65 and they still asked about tips. While I certainly wanted to tip her, I feel like $65 is already not cheap for a hair cut.
