Rolled in after 5pm without an appointment after getting a huge bolt in my tire. The staff was super friendly, the price tag was more than reasonable and I was out of there in under an hour. Impressive! Service: Tires

Highly disappointed. Have a rental car and had to drive e from CO. Was told I could take to any Firestone for an oil change. Got to NY and was 100 miles from oil change. Went into Firestone and was told I would have to come back in 3 days. Ok. I didn't expect to get right in that day, and was fine with an appt. When I gave the Information I was told I would have to leave my car for the day. I had no way to leave or come back once it was done and could even be an overnight job. For an oil change?? When I questioned this, I was told it was because Enterprise takes forever to get back with preauthorizations. I asked if they could call today so it would be ready on Monday? I was told no, they need exact mileage. .So I called Enterprise and they told me what I was being told is false.. That they have a contract with Firestone. Firestone said no, they may tell you that but no. The gentleman who is the manager told me this. I left. Called the local Enterprise who gave me 2 different places to go to. Went to the other place, non Firestone and was in and out in 25 minutes. The local Enterprise person told me they NEVER use Firestone, for various reasons and this was just one. Never will I use them.

If there was a rating for negative 10, that's what I would give this Firestone Incomplete Auto Care. I recently had four tires replaced there, was charged to have them balanced, and they were not balanced. After many years of having my vehicle serviced there, Firestone is now ablaze in my book. Never freaking again!

This place is horrible!!! They was always saying I needed brakes on my car everytime I would have an oil change! I always asked them to check all my fluids saying they were being done. The last time I was there they never put new oil in the car and the whole time I been going to them they was never checking my transmission fluid!!!! Well guess what my transmission blew!!! Don't go here unless you want to waste time and money!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Went to get an oil change recently and they drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. So my car had to stay there overnight because they didnt have transmission fluid there. Then finally fixed that and i barely get a sorry. THEN THE BIG ONE. take it to get another oil change and they left something loose and my oil started draining. So on my way home with no oil my car seized and actually CAUGHT FIRE!! The CAR WAS TOTALED and several of my personal Items were destroyed. You can see the fire on Fort Montgomery fire dept Facebook page. I call them and they take my number only to never call me back. Completely unprofessional and if they cant change oil then why trust them with anything else. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this plan to anyone,please stay away from them. I have paid for installation or the four tires, alignment and balancing however they haven’t done any of those. As soon as I was leaving the shop my car started bouncing and shaking including the steering wheel as well. Guy in charge was giving me an attitude claiming that everything is good. After the second attempt car was still shaking,a guy in charge didn’t even dare to look me into my eyes,he was saying they can fix the problem after two weeks because that is the only available date. I went to Honda and they fixed the problem in an hour. These guys are horrible,terrible they only care about the money. I have spend 200$ and receive exactly what of their services? Unprofessional and amateur work,do not go there if you care about your time and money.

So I bought the lifetime wheel alignments and everytime I call and I can come in they can’t get it done. Maybe because they have bigger jobs or someone who has to pay for a service. I called 5 months ago to get a wheel alignment couldn’t get me in so I tried every month for about 3 months. Still nothing. I go to change my brakes and my 300$ run flat tire is shot. Don’t waste your time with this place. Oh and another thing I make a appointment online yesterday everything went smooth then then leave me a voice message saying that time isn’t available. 🤷🏽♂️
