Be prepared to wait even with an appointment, but it wasn't too bad. Once I was called o to the back the blood draw was very quick and easy (and I always have have issues). Stay close by if you can't wait in the waiting room. They said they would text me, but just came out and called my name. Luckily I was in earshot.

This is by far the most horrible lab. Only one technician and no front desk secretary to sign you in . You can wait for about 2 hours just to be signed in. And then again until you’re called . Do not recommend!

Awful. Zero respect for clients. Staff act as if getting lab work is for fun and some sort of recreational activity. Staff appear to be inconvenienced by your presence. Absolutely disgusting. Try to go somewhere else.

The front test women is very rude. She dose not know how to treat others with respect of kindness. The lab had a not on their door that all persons needed a mask to enter. I didn’t have mask ready and they did not provide a mask either. The front desk personnel told me that they would not provide service without a mask. Mind you, it takes days to get an appointment with them to begin with. They are busy so it’s hard to get an appointment that very day if you need one right away; which I need. After making an appointment and come for it finally, they wanted me to figur out how I was going to acquire a mask at their request and cancel my appointment, waste ne time and delay the lab work up that I needed. I was finally able to get a mask from someone else who was also coming to get labs done also. Horrible service! How is the customer suppose to know ahead of time that they need a mask and then tell them when they finally arrive to the appointment that they should have brought one with them. And to make matters worse, the company did not even bother to have mask available to facilitae their own “Must wear a mask” rule.

I don't recommend this place, they are not professional. After 2 venipuncture they couldn't have blood, she miss the vein she doesn't have patient to redirect the nidle she was digging my vein I tell to stop she was up upset she can't even give me another gauze to apply pressure to avoid hematoma.

Not happy at all with them. Me my son and a friend all tested for covid on the same day and time. Almost 6 days later my son has still not gotten his results. Did the test get lost or were the results just not entered into the system. I realize they are overwhelmed but this is serious and this wait time is unacceptable.

Usually do not leave bad reviews but I had a terrible experience. I was the only person there and the girl working there was trying her hardest to make everything impossible. Should not be working with patients who need regular blood work. Again this is my first bad review I leave but I am extremely unhappy with that girl.

My wife and I use this location give a blood work many times. and are always satisfied with the service. fast, very kind. and carefully from the staff. I have my veins problems. In other places, worker have to inject several times. Here everything happens on the firs try and is painless., everything goes smoothly. Before that, visited lab o 3rd.st. New City... Big difference. Perfect cleanliness around. Thanks from my wife and me.

The moment you walk in the door from the techs tone you know you’re not going to have a good customer service experience. That in addition to your extended wait for a service that Was a waste of time because my labs couldn’t be done after waiting a full hour. Just a great reminder to avoid this lab Corp location! It would be important to be mindful that all customers be treated with a certain level of courtesy lab Corp.
