The employees are rude and don't know how to work as a team. I ordered two sandwiches and a coffee 20 minutes later finally got my order. There was one employee that all she did was walk around instead of helping. If I was management and they are serious about their business I'd either get rid of everyone or retrain them how to properly work and not be rude.

If you want bacon on your breakfast sandwich, don't go here, they take ONE piece of bacon, tear it into three pieces, and it's so paper thin, you can barely taste it, If I do decide to order bacon, I pay for extra bacon only to find an extra half a piece of bacon on the sandwich, it's also an extra $2.00, I get ripped off 3 out of 5 times from this location ordering extra bacon from these thieves, they wont get my business anymore ! *And how did this place get 3.1 stars, I bet the employees are having friends and family writing reviews to falsify their rating*.

coffee was acceptable, but never got any food after being told at the drive thru to come in to wait for it for 20 minutes while staff pointedly did not make my food and ignored me.

I ordered 2 dozen donuts and a coffee. One box of donuts had 2 of the same donuts each. And the woman working the drive thru window clearly was miserable. Not a single word from her. rude workers here for mediocre food and coffee. I’ll be taking a further drive to a different dunks in the future. Visited on July 17th 2022 around 10:30am.

Always wait over 20 minutes for 2 simple coffees. And more than half the time, they end up making them wrong, or figure out a way to mess things up. Would just be nice to see more of the crew ACTUALLY doing work and taking orders drive thru and in store. Absolutely ridiculous they need a manager fix or something 🤷🏼♀️ get it together coffee isn't freakin rocket science.

If you like walking into a Dunkin Donuts, being looked at directly by staff, and ignored... this is the location for you! Stood at the front of the line for 10 mins waiting, only to have the woman say, "what can I get you", no apology, no sorry for the wait, nothing. Some people just shouldn't work customer service.

Staff is friendly and location is clean. Only concern is the air quality. The poor workers need a better air conditioner! It was intolerable for me as a customer for 5 minutes in that heat…

This mobile ordering is getting out of hand, when you're standing at the counter waiting for someone to take your order for over 10 mins but they just keep making mobile orders. Since when did customers that weren't even in store become more important than customers actually at the counter to order. Something needs to be done about this but it won't because dunks is just a corporate bully

Absolute abysmal job performance here lmao, whatever this 4:30 Wednesday crew is, is actively trying to get your customers to leave without buying anything so they don’t have to do any work. Terrible service, I’ll make the drive to South Berwick or something before I finally give this trash place a 50th chance
